I called on Monday to move on Friday of same week. Not only did they answer my call, but took the time to get the details of my multiple locations involved to reassure me they could do the job with no problem! They followed up with a confirmation phone call and emails as promised. Efrain, Kenny and Brandon arrived on time as scheduled. I filled out the online request for junk removal. I listed a couch and end tables. They did arrive later that day but to my surprise, there was only one person. I had to help him move the furniture out of the house and load it into his truck and I was charged $250 plus he asked for a tip. I wouldn't have minded so much if I didn't have to do half the work. I would not recommend.

It's a shame I can't give this company zero stars. We have moved and used movers extensively in the past and never had a moving company be SO BAD!! I realize they charge an hourly rate for their service and the longer it takes the more they make. But do they have to use a moving crew that works as slow as molasses? The crew did not move with any sense of urgency or efficiency. A move that was quoted 5 hours took 8. Overcharged and unprofessional. $160 gas charge for 2 hours of work and 16 miles of driving....totally for two movers, gas, tape and plastic wrap = $1000...you do the math and decide.

Do not hire these guys!!! They charge for the time they spend getting to your location, and the time it takes them after they leave for their following location. Also, they show up with pages to read over and sign; of course, it's on the clock. Before they unload, they will charge you, and their amount will be over their quoted amount. The guys moving were okay, but the company itself was horrible! I'm surprised they're still in business.

This moving company is horrible. The reservation person told me I will get three guys but then they called me back a day or two later and up charge me to add a 4 guy, and they still took all day because they charge you by the hour and they were standing around laughing and talking. I had to stay on them to get them and customer service talk to you like it's your fault and treat you like if you don't pay, they're not going to release your items. I used this company to move my furniture not long ago. I will have to say, they promise the world and steal, lie, break furniture, damage your items, damage carpet and up your price by thousands of dollars. Be careful if you decide to use them.
