This place is a rip-off! I was quoted $159 per hour, then they reduced it to $144 (Obviously to get my business!). They told me that there was a two hour minimum. (That was fine with me!) The bill was $617.38 when they got through adding all of the additional fees that they DID NOT tell me about. I moved only 27 miles away with a mattress and box springs, two TVs, and 12 moving boxes. They moved my family members. One of the movers cut his finger and bled on their king size mattress and won't replace it. They told them to use oxy clean. Mind you she is expecting a baby and they want her to sleep on someone else's blood. The company is supposed to have insurance so they should replace the matress. This is very unprofessional !!! I want to give no stars but have to but a star in order to post this review.

I wish I could leave less than one star. We hired this company to move us this past Saturday and at first they were great, showed up on time, carefully wrapped our furniture and moved it, etc. We opted to pay extra for insurance just out of precautionary measure ($175) so we were fully confident our items would be covered if anything happened. Moving truck number 9099 is very discourteous, tailgates, and honks their horn at you when you are driving the speed limit. I understand that this isn't an overall projection of the company, but employees make a company. I sure would hate to have my employees driving around like this if my company name was all over the truck.

Communication is very poor. Movers extremely late. Charged fee (1 hr of service) for transportation to and from and charged a fuel fee. If I'm paying that why are you not on time??! No specific times just vague windows that are not kept whatsoever. Calls not answered "after hours" even if you are waiting on movers to arrive and wonder if they are showing up. The usual supplies like plastic wrap, blankets and tape - another fee.

This company took days upon days to get my family and I moved into our new house. We now realize that the reason it took forever is because this company charges by the hour, so the entire time they were just doing busy work to get more money out of us rather than actually help us move. They took about furniture, candle operas, chairs, and put them into a million different pieces, and then left them for us to figure out how to put them back together. This really hurts me to add this. I wanted to believe that professional movers would take care of my items because they're being paid to do it. However, they didn't. I first got packers from AMS to pack up the majority of my items for a move. There was only one man there that was actually taking care of my items. He did an excellent job. Please please listen clearly. Do your research before booking with this company. Check all major sites and read the reviews. This is by far the worst when it comes to doing business. They will literally tell you one thing and once they have your belongings on their truck, everything changes. These people gave me a quote and i made it very clear that I don't like hidden fees. THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO, HIDE FEES I ended spending 3x what they quoted me. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible

These guys have a great front end selling process. Very responsive. However, when it comes to your move they are not great. In fact, I wouldn't recommend them. On moving day they showed up with 2 trucks and quoted me 3. They called us and said their driver didn't show up. Then they sent a small truck hours later. When the packing was done, they left an entire trucks worth of stuff in the garage. I called them about it and they told me they underbid the move and I needed to work it out with the salesman.
