Absolutely the most unorganized company I've ever dealt with, after booking with them we received between 10 and 15 calls from them asking if we wanted help with our move, lol, no joke, they do not communicate within. My mother called Monday so they could literally move 100 feet to the new house that they just finished building, and I kid you not they need one bed, one kitchen table, one couch, one entertainment center, one armoire, one love seat, one coffee table, and maybe 15-20 medium boxes 100 feet across the breeze way. I would highly advise not to use All My Sons... They charged me double the quote price, had no notes that I told them in my profile, and we're extremely unprofessional. I went with a pro moving company because I could not be there that day, and they reassured me everything would be what I asked for. I called 3 times to make sure my notes were in my profile (That I would not be there in person, limit the hours to 2, do NOT use packing material). My wife and I were in the military so we have experienced many movers. Using this company has been the WORST moving experience and also the most over priced. We hired this company to move a few remaining heavy items from our old home into storage. We had to walk through the movers to move our refrigerator because they did not know what they were doing. Where do we start? First sign was we had to call them to ask when they would arrive and they had forgotten to send someone. Then when they do arrive the most experienced person on the crew was 1 month on the job and 2 people this was their first job. Then they load up truck and still have living room and garage to load. So then they have to go back and get a second truck. They don't mark any boxes, barely wrap and protect your items and man does it show when they deliver. Only giving a 1 star cause you can't go lower. People BE AWEAR DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS TO HELP YOU MOVE!!!! You will he over charged have items broken get the run around and at the end be out of way more money than you should ever have been. They have poor service and the customer service is worse than the movers. One of my movers even told me the owners are only there to steal people's money. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!! We booked 2 months in advance and paid a deposit. Moving day rolls around and we actually had to call them to make sure they are coming and they tell us that they have to cancel and we should call around to see if we can find somebody else!!! Of coarse since last minute we could not find anybody. All my sons then tells us that they can for sure get us in the following morning.... Recommended this company to some buddies after having a great experience with them several months ago. They were initially quoted $450 for their house to be moved to another house 30 minutes away. The cost ended up being north of $1400 even though he had told them during initial consultation that he could not afford any more than the initial quote. I should of done my homework on this company. Everything that I read happened to us during my move. We were quoted for a 1200 square foot home at 700.00-750.00. They sent three guys one of them was new, meaning he had to be watched. The quote was based on six hours of work. Long story short we ended up paying 1600.00. Whatever you do DONT HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING. DONT BASE YOUR QUOTE ON WHAT YOU THINK RATHER SEND SOMEONE OUT TO VISUALLY LOOK AT WHAT NEEDS TO NE DONE. ASSHOLES
