This is the worse moving company ever. I used them because they called me several times after my quote to get my business. I said yes because of their persistence but now I know why. I’m sure they don’t get alot of business. The day of my move was all bad. They got to my house unprepared for the move. I was only moving 1 dresser. They didn’t have a screw driver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I booked them to move my son from one 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment. When you schedule, they talk real fast and throw in some stuff you don't realize. I asked the girl in the office if my costs would go over $1,000 and she assured me they would not for just a one bedroom. Well fast forward to the moving day. We have moved multiple times in the past, and this was by far the WORST experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do not book them unless you have a tiny house, no furniture, are ok with them taking all day, and want to be charged out the nose for the displeasure. We had them booked to move us yesterday (Sunday) They loaded our boxes and about half of the furniture. I was scheduled to move on the 14th of May 2022 @ 4 pm . They called a day before and said they had a cancellation and would be able to get to us early @8am . The Initial quote was between $650 and $700 . First red flag they didn’t show up till 9:45 . They then stood around for another 30 min setting up the move on there tables and couldn’t get them to work . So they started the move without showing me anything or having me sign for anything. Very unprofessional movers and horrible customer service. When moving our basically new furniture without any damage/scratches or wear they “man handled” it into our new house. I observed them dropping it onto brand new wood floors, drag across the wood flour scratching and gouging the floors and removing material from the furniture. They moved most pieces with just one person carrying or dragging it into place when it should have been two person carried at a minimum. The furniture was less than a year old. The movers rushed, dragged heavy pieces across wood floor with no padding, handled one large piece at a time (when two men should have handled), damaging multiple pieces of furniture, and scratched our wood floors. Our master bedroom furniture is less than a year old and it is gouged, scratched in many places, ruined. We were told we would be taken care of but have been treated badly ever since. If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers.
