If I could give less than one star I would, which is unfortunate because there was a time when I would have given this company 5 stars. (I had used them years ago and had a completely different experience). We scheduled our move for the first day of the month; because, when moving from one apartment to the other that's the typical move in day. Thieves!! Please beware of the movers from the Lake Dallas Location. I am not aware of the other locations but we had several items stolen and many boxes broken. We even gave each of the 4 movers a tip and many valuable went missing. The stole diamonds, rings, guns, air pods and medicine. PLEASE PLEASE beware!! Would not wish this upon anyone!
**THIEVES** Beware that the AMS movers will take your things if they are not packed and sealed tightly! Nintendo Switch along with all of its games and accessories conveniently went missing from a box that I was dumb enough not to tape the lid down on (it has a lid, just didn't think I needed to tape it down). Customer service denied our claim to have it refunded because I couldn't prove they stole it... which is true to be fair. Next time I am better off moving myself They told me that I'd be their first move in the morning, by 10 o'clock I had no phone call, no update or anything. I call around that time asking where the movers were at and why I wasn't called. They said that one of the drivers decided not to show up today so I'd have to wait. They should be there around 1. 1:30 no follow up phone call, they said they will be there around 3:00 after I called in again. Next they showed up at 3:15. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the most unprofessional and unreliable company that I've ever had to deal with! THEY CHARGE YOU DAMN NEAR TO BREATHE! This was by far one of the worst experiences with a moving company and the f I had a choice to do it over again - I would not use NOR recommend this company. They send you lazy ass workers that stand around to shrink rap and tape items to buy some time opposed to getting the job done. If you are moving DO NOT use "All My Sons"!!!!! They fee you to death, I paid almost 400 dollars just in fees!!!!!! A 500 moving budget for a LOCAL move and single person with no kids turned into 1200!!!!
Beware---- we just got scammed out of $1000 for 4 men to load our townhome in less than 4 hours. We were quoted $169/hr for 4 men. They did not use our supplies as requested. Instead used their own and charged us for them. They took smoke breaks on our clock! They smoked in the truck with our items which is the same as smoking in our house. DO NOT EVER HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with ALL MY SONS MOVING in June of this year. Would NEVER use them again or EVER refer them. Read on if you have some time to waste... It all started with a canned "up-sale" call the night before our scheduled move. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE.....PERIOD! Let me preface this bu saying that I had to make a sudden move due to mold in the building and needed to find a mover immediately on short notice.
