First guy on phone scheduled me for 8 AM, perfect because I have to be out by 10. Second guy on phone said they were on their way at 8:30 Last guy told me it was never even scheduled and they wouldn't even be here until the afternoon, putting me in serious trouble. He even was irate over the phone. Simply unacceptable.
Do not waste your time or money!! We had 4 guys scheduled to pack a few rooms and move our 1600 sq ft house. The team lead, David, was rude and acted annoyed when he had to deal with us. Other guys were friendly but wasted so much time. We caught them multiple times just standing around or lifting weights in our garage gym. After about 6 hours we had to tell them it was time to go. Trainer with 3 trainees broke dresser leg. The trainer and 3 trainees kept unique dresser knobs.
This company is absolutely terrible. They moved us from Nashville to Dallas and every step of the way was a disaster. First, they promised to pick us up first thing on a Saturday morning. Then, Saturday morning turned into first thing Monday morning. Then Monday morning turned into Monday afternoon. The moving crew was incompetent. They hardly wrapped anything, even after we asked them to several times, and they broke a leg off of a chair and a bed. I never post reviews because I don't really care, but I feel strongly others should be aware. NEVER HIRE THESE CRIMINALS. Have moved 10 times and this one by far our worst experience. Lost our hardware to put together beds, desks etc.... Thousands of dollars in broken furniture, dishes, glassware, appliances. Have called MULTIPLE (at least 12) times with no return. the absolute worse moving company ever. Not only do they change the quoted price once they are done, the movers as for tips and they stole items from my family! After I spoke to another neighbor who used them they also said they stole from her. Please be ware and take a pictures and inventory if you use them. They will quote you are lower price then double almost triple it when they are done. They also drink on the job so very weary of hiring them.
The move went fairly well. Nothing appears to have been broken or missing. They were polite. They didn't have a tool box on their truck, so they asked to borrow my tools. I had packed some of my tools already, so this complicated things. They didn't reassemble any of the furniture at the new place, as my contact says they are supposed to. We used All My Sons to move our 3 bedroom house in late May 2021. They were the third company I called and the only one available. Initially, things seemed to be going well and everyone worked with me, answered questions, gave me a quote that was fairly close to the ending price, but the move itself was horrible, and the service afterwards has been just as bad. 1. The location in Denton, Texas has the worst manager I have ever seen. My friend put up with so much from him, whether it be his racist wife thinking his social security number was fake only because of his last name, or the fact that they would pay him for 3-4 hours less than what he worked. He would ask this manager what he can do to help since people would constantly call out so they'd be understaffed, and my friend would get yelled at in the process for asking.
