Horrible, horrible, horrible. They ruined at least 30 items during our move. Scratches, gouges, rips, punctures, you name it. They said they were going to take photos of all the damaged items, but then left without doing so. So we took our own photos and sent very detailed emails with followup phone calls. They refused to honor one penny of damage. If we had added their 'full coverage insurance' to the move, they were going to charge us over $4000 more. I rarely write reviews but this shit show of a company deserved one. When I called to schedule my move, I was told that there would be 3 movers and that it should take about 3 hrs for $130/hr. So when I said, "so the move should cost me around $400-$450?," they said yes. Imagine my surprise when only 2 people showed up and it took them 5.5 hrs. At the end, I was given a bill for $930 to move my apartment of less than 1,000 Sq ft. I was charged $200 in travel fees even though I moved 2 miles. $80 of which was in gas. $80 of ... read more

Terrible company and the operation manager Zach is a smarty pants and rude. Quoted me one things moved in 2hours with two awesome youngsters but the management is terrible and lie to you without hesitation and when u call them on it. They simply lie. Unless you like giving money away go with someone. Especially do not use the hermitage location.

Caution!! I would never right something that would damage someone's reputation but I feel like I have a responsibility so that no one has to experience what I went through with this company. This was by far the worse experience on so many different levels. The quote they provided was completely incorrect. Beware! Stat away! Definitely in the negative star range. We've moved at least a dozen times over the years and this is by far the WORST movers we've had. We had a time setup for a Monday morning. The guy we talked to said the movers had "one small job" in Columbia and would be at our apartment by 12:00 noon if not sooner. When it got 1:00 we called and the guy said they were finishing up in"Franklin" and would be at our apartment by 3:00. This has been the absolute worst moving experience. Please DO NOT use them. We had to keep our belongings in their "storage units" for a few weeks. With our first move, they told us there was no one to unload the trucks into the vaults so our stuff would have to sit in the truck unattended overnight. We later came to find out the manager (Zach) wanted to keep the truck outside which had a whole in it, however told us it would be kept safe inside their warehouse. IF YOU ARE MOVING ANYTHING please get a detailed written invoice first. I spoke with a couple of people over the phone neither mentioning the 2 hour minimum, nor that the 1 hour travel time would by an added expense of $99. All I needed was a refrigerator moved 5.5 miles and the bill was $302. If I had known that I would have donated the refrigerator. The 2 gentlemen we very pleasant but they worked less than one hour. STAY AWAY!! The 2 movers they sent were out of shape and overweight. It took them 5.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! They also did not put my bed together correctly. Not only that but they also stole my medication and my brand new Nike shoes!! When I reported this to the manager he acted like he didn't care and also defended their 5.5 hour move! When I told him I would be sure to leave a review on several of the sites he said, "You have fun with that." and hung up. Very unprofessional company.

Do not use this company - they destroyed my $1700 bed which no longer connects and had the nerve to offer me just over $200. Strongly do not recommend
