this was overall a great move. couldnt be happier. had a great group of guys got in and out!!!
I have had 3 experiences since moving to the Nashville area. The first 2 were quite small, but the last one was my mom moving from a 2 story 4 bedroom house to an apartment until their new house was done. These guys were incredible! We had a 5 guy team and they got the entire move done in 6.5 hours. Worth every penny as my mom had a ton on HEAVY expensive real wood furniture in all rooms. Honestly wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the worst service experiences I've had. I rarely write a review but this needed to be shared. One of the movers was great, the other mover might as well have sat in the truck the whole time. The professionalism was nonexistent. One of the movers randomly mentioned his family was from my hometown, so I tried to make normal conversation and asked who they were--he immediately got weird, stared at me, and said "don't worry about it." DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I didn't accept a $900 settlement offer from this company in order to be able to write this review. We moved approx 9 miles within Brentwood, Tennessee, and this move cost us $5,038.28, more than $1,000 above the original quote after added fees. Before the move, the crew was told multiple times that we had important antiques. We were assured they were experienced and knew how to handle them. Why didn't I check Yelp first? I called to request assistance moving a treadmill from our garage up a flight of stairs. A 10 minute job at most. After 5 separate calls, the price changed 3 times and the deposit required was more than the amount of the quote I was given for the work. I asked for my deposit to be cancelled along with the appointment, more than 24 hours in advance. Put me on hold numerous times and said I had to talk to a supervisor to cancel. Not sure I can even find the words to explain how terrible of an experience it was moving with All My Sons. Two days before the move I called to confirm and add a stop on the move. I was told that their system canceled our move due to a technical error and they told us there was nothing they could do. It was not until a supervisor called me that they confirmed they could have a team for the move. I should have realized this was when I should have found another moving company. Didn't let them move anything. They quoted me $139-$179 online. then on the phone it was $630. Oh, they were giving me a discount because I only had a bed frame and chest 15 miles for $450. Wow, I almost took then I thought 'What a fool u are to let these money hungry people take ur hard earned money like that'. U idiots. I will certainly let anyone and anybody about this crap company.
Nearly every piece of our furniture was damaged and extremely dirty. They moved us into a newly built house, and the door frames for every bedroom are damaged. They do not see to put much care into how they treat your property. I have reached out several times to submit an insurance claim that we purchased, but I haven't heard anything back. Highly recommend looking elsewhere! We used the branch in Murfreesboro, TN

Rude, careless, damaged valuable furniture, missing property from home not part of the move, unresponsive to inquiry regarding missing property, failed to return calls, damage insurance is worthless. Never will I use them or recommend them again.
