I have used this company for three local moves over the course of the last 10 years. Something has gone terribly wrong. My move in July was an absolute disaster. I booked my move months in advance, but when moving day rolled around, I was assigned as a second move by a single crew in a day. I'd leave zero stars if i could! several broken furniture pieces. several damaged pieces & ZERO customer service. no one answers the phone to file a claim! the guys complained all day long how hot it was I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OVERPRICED SHOTTY COMPANY

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Crew of 3 men, just threw my stuff in the truck, left my home without loading everything forcing me and my parents to make additional trips. Did not secure drawers on my furniture resulting in broken drawers and misplaced and missing items including my passport. Left my new house assuring me they were done only for me to find multiple items missing and upon calling, learn that they had left TONS of my stuff on the truck. Not only did the movers repeatedly hit on me while moving my boxes (kept asking me if I was single, lived alone, and would anyone be moving in with me - making me feel extremely uncomfortable) but they also stole from me. One of their movers stole my credit card and spent over $1000. They also stole my nintendo switch and a box of my stuff that I have yet to recover. When I filed a claim for the items, they offered me $50 in restitution. RIDICULOUS. This company is corrupt and full of scammers. Do not use. EVER.

We used these movers last week. We were quoted $2500 with one truck, one day. It ended up taking 3 trucks and 3 days. Our final bill ended up being almost $6000. The first day the movers were extremely unprofessional and it ended up taking another crew the next day to fix the way that they loaded the first truck. (Which we also paid for to cover the time of the second moving crew.) A lot of our furniture was just placed in the truck (the first day) without wrapping it and damaged several big pieces. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR MOVE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE. This company came on to our property, damaged our new house (they backed their truck into our house) and refuse to acknowledge or take any steps to rectify the matter. This isn't even damage that we are alleging but damage that my husband SAW HAPPEN. Do not use this moving company! I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Arrival time was to be 1:00, they showed up at 6:00 and refused to begin loading my things because my contract was for two movers and they sent three - they wanted me to pay the additional mover $40.00 an hour. First off, I ordered 2 trucks 5 men and received 1 truck 5 men. i had two storage units to move to our garage at our new location, therefore needed two trucks . The first trip went fine. The second trip, 4 out of the 5 men half way through the storage unit sat down in the moving truck while I and one of the workers were moving the stuff out of the storage unit. My daughter had scheduled a move with All My Sons a month and a half in advance. The cost was not cheap but the reviews were good and she figured her stuff would be handled with care. A deposit of $100 was required and this was done over the phone with a credit card. The move was to take place on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and the movers were to arrive between 8 and 10AM.
