Rude, careless, damaged valuable furniture, missing property from home not part of the move, unresponsive to inquiry regarding missing property, failed to return calls, damage insurance is worthless. Never will I use them or recommend them again.

do not use! they will leave you with PTSD! extremely unprofessional to charge $100 deposit and not even fulfill the moving request. I had to get another moving company to do the job. Luckily, we found one that was willing to do it the next day.

NASHVILLE AREA TERRIBLE I just had all my movers show up today. I called last week for a quote. Told them I am in a 3 bedroom apt minimal furniture. Only been here for 1.5 months. Majority of my belongings are in onsite garage still packed. A grab and go situation. Movers showed up today and said they only had notes for a 1 bedroom apartment and 1 garage. Not only did they show up 4 hours late to their own estimated time but whoever I spoke to originally to make the reservation and Scott who confirmed my reservation, failed to relay that that there was a 3-hour minimum for their moves on that day. The movers in all took 45 mins TOTAL, and they thought it would be a good idea to charged me $900 for less than an hour of labor. The movers who came to my house--Billy and Bryant--were wonderful! They were kind and efficient. The company is not wonderful, however--I should have received an email receipt immediately upon paying my bill--a week ago today--I've called 3 times since, and still no receipt-- My stars are for Billy and Bryant-- my non-stars are for the company, And for their sister company--Junk.com. Bailey and his crew left tons of items in the kitchen at my old home, along with an entire TV. Because they left so much behind, my wife and kids and I had to work until 11:30pm at the old home in order to make the midnight deadline at the old home. When Bailey and the crew left at 5pm, we should have been able to unpack at our new home, but instead, we had to work at the old home until 11:30pm. Horrible from start to finish. No communication. Had water damage, packed lamps in with outdoor tools wrecking four floor lamps. Mold on boxes. Smashed and mangled when they were unloaded. Bought the insurance. What a joke! I had replacement cost of over 10k in damage and was given a settlement for $1100! Run from this company!

They ignored me on Google, so I'm posting on here. Never, under any circumstances, hire these movers. They were slow, lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. The first thing that the mover did when he arrived was crack open a Red Bull and open a Pop Tart and say he needed to "energize himself" for this move. (It was a one-bedroom apartment move.) If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with All My Sons Moving Company was a nightmare from start to finish. I was initially quoted $750 for my move, but by the end of a brief 5-hour job, they handed me a bill for an outrageous $1,900 - more than double the original quote. When I challenged this bait-and-switch pricing and asked them to pull the call recording to prove what I was quoted, they flat-out refused. The customer service was just as appalling as the pricing.
