I had great movers,but the company hidden fees are very expensive and not included in quote when you book appointment
All My Sons Moving was the WORST moving experience of my life. The first crew they sent were "professional packers". This is a joke. These two guys spilled coffee on my entertainment center then complained about cleaning it up, all the while I was charged $180 per hour from their crappy service. They packed one thing in a box, sealed it and didn't even label the box. Absolutely useless. Then they had the nerve to charge me $580 for 2 hours of horrible packing when they quoted me $360 for the two hours. SO many hidden charges... read more
They scratched and dented just about every item it was possible to scratch and dent--desks, drawers, my TV, etc. They didn't wrap one piece of art work and all of the frames are badly scratched. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
NEGATIVE STARS!!! Before you fork over your money to All My Sons in Nashville, TN please think twice. After paying for 6 movers in two trucks only 5 showed up, one was injured, while the rest argued and complained about their employer most of the day taking out their frustration on our possessions. Our family was only moving across town ~20 +/- so we opted not to get any extra insurance for such a short relocation. Genuinely so confused at the positive reviews on Google. My movers came 4 hours after my scheduled time, were constantly talking on the phone/texting, drinking/eating on the back of the truck, and the move took almost 3.5 hours (despite the EXACT same move taking 1 hour 45 mins when I moved in with all of the same stuff last august). My dresser was destroyed, and even after knocking off $150 for it, the quote still came in at over $1,000. For a one bedroom LOCAL move 8 minutes away. Worst moving company I have ever experienced. Only cared about the money and not providing great services. Please do not book them, they charged me $1,900.00 for a two bedroom apartment and it took them 10 hours with (3) guys. Oh, and my damages are terrible. Take a look at my daughter's new dresser that was not added to the claim. The manager Wesley, told me that "They are human, and things happen". Please decide on other companies. I can't say in this case, you get what you pay for. I didn't pay almost 2k for this.
Would give zero stars if we could. Worst moving experience I've ever had (and this was my 18th move as a 30 year old)... so I've got plenty of experience. We were told All My Sons is a "one stop shop", moving, taking TV's down, taking bed frames apart, putting back together, etc. Nope. Zero tools, no drill, not even a door stopper. No showed me the date of my move, called multiple times that day and the person on the phone said they couldn't get a hold of the movers, hidden fees they did not tell you about and actually told me there was no other fees, quoted me around $500 for a 1bedroom move and ended up being double, three pieces of furniture broken. Filing a complaint because this company is complete fraud
Terrible company! I called stateing that i needed help unloading a truck onto the third floor. After the first hour we could hear the mover stating that "we didnt pay enough" to have them unload us which we had already agreed to and they knew that we were on the third floor. After their 1.5 hours they located an item "painting" that was in our attic that unfortunately had a little mice damage.
