I scheduled a move with them on the 22th of dec ember. I was asked to pay a 100 deposit for that day.. on the day of moving they didn't show up. They claim they called and knocked on door in which I have a ring camera and my husband was outside in the yard.. I was told it would be 150 an hour and I only needed two. I had already broken beds down, boxed up everything and ready to go.. So they ended up coming the next day.. Before starting i was asked to sign about 10 pages of paperwor. Initial booking was very professional but I should have known it wasnt going to go well as I didnt hear from anyone to confirm a time to start the move when they said I should. The day of the move I called to see when someone would be coming and they told me 4 drivers called out and he would call back in 30 minutes. On the callback I was told the system was down and he would still see if he could fix it. Then offered me a $50 discount. Fifty dollars for a high inconvenince with no detail of when I could move! OMG where to start, I got a quote for $500 for 2-3 hour for a 1 bed room apt and I packed everything up myself prior to them coming. They took 8 hours $1500.00 what a scam. The movers tried to have us hire them separately while we were there. They broke my TV and stole brand new clothing I had for my family I was sending back home. My wife has cancer and this is why we are moving and why we hired movers to help with the process so it did not take as long as she is very weak. DONT USE ThIS COMPANY EVER ! Hired this company to move my grandparents house to a new location and they had stolen two yurns with my grandmothers dog ashes, as well as a yarn with my grandmothers cat ashes inside and through multiple tries they never would get back to us or offer any type of condolence or refund. they steal multiple things and also break multiple things inside the house with no repercussions so book them as you please.... they are 100% the worst moving company in the tri-state area. I wish I could give them no stars. I had a move scheduled for Mid afternoon noon Monday at 7:24pm the driver called me to inform me they were not coming. I had talked to the manager (Anthony)several times throughout the day for an update and he assured me they were wrapping up the first move and headed to me. The next morning Anthony told me they would fit me in or I could reschedule for another day. You would think my move would be priority next day since I was booked and deposit paid. This organization does not even deserve one star. Liars. Did not listen when I repeatedly stated needed scheduled for morning move and was promised. Day before move was advised scheduled for afternoon. 1st lie of many. Anthony promised to call me at 11am, I placed call at 11:30am as Anthony did not call as promised, 2nd lie. Was advised the movers were headed my way at 12:15pm.....1:30, still no movers 3rd lie. Called several times, females answering phone provided very different stories (think they were truthful). The positives first. People on phone I dealt with were informative and nice, very helpful. They sent me plenty of emails with a lot of info, called me a few times to confirm etc, called me before they came out. The guys I had, Travis and " Coach " were very friendly, and super fast! They worked hard in this heat and moved my stuff up a flight of stairs. Now the not so great part. Be careful of hidden or confusing fees. I was quoted 169 dollars for an hour. Complete and utter disrespect of my possessions and home. Multiple items damaged beyond repair, couches and chairs will require professional cleaning that may not work and mover was spitting chewed sunflower seeds all over home.

I couldn't tell you if I'd recommend the company bc we've had them reschedule on us twice without even notifying us. We were waiting hours until WE called THEM. Once again resulted,3rd time now, rearranging not only our schedules but our furniture to make it as simple as possible for the movers and still haven't heard back from the manager who was supposed to called first thing this morning.. I hope they care about their business enough to try to make it right. Will update with their resolution.
