Requested 1 bedroom apartment move on the same property, less than one block away. Previous companies have accomplished in 2 hours. All My Sons is rotten to the core. I hired this company for a long distance move. I got several estimates before I selected this company and went with them based on their quote. Two days before my move was supposed to take place, they told me they needed to raise the cost by $6K. I was stuck with no options; no other company could help me out on such short notice. i wish i could give less than one star. All My Son is a Terrible Company. Hello, I used the moving company on 4/5/2323.Before my move date i told them i needed the movers to arrive after 9am because i work nightshift as a registered nurse. The morning of the move they called me at 7:45 stating that they were on the way. I was still at work. Upon arrival I showed all 3 movers two tables with detachable marble tops and asked them to be extra careful. Within 45 mins one was broken. I have called and emailed countless times regarding my claim and no response. Careless and terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Let me explain something to everyone using this company - it is ILLEGAL for them to charge you more than 10% over their estimate. DO NOT PAY THEM! It is also ILLEGAL for them to hold your goods hostage on their truck while they try to extort more money from you. This EXACT scenario happened to me - so this is their typical business operation. I see the same thing has happened to almost everyone commenting on this company. They should be out of business - it's disgusting that they take advantage of people.

Charged $2100.00 to move 3 bedroom home, damaged 60 in tv, refrigerator doors, and destroyed a king bed with dresser drawers, offered $241.00 for $2000.00 worth of damage

Destroyed my carpet during the move with the dolly. Used horrific profanity in front of my kids. The mover tried to get me to cancel and pay him on the side instead of paying the company. I will be calling promptly tomorrow to speak to someone. This was a nightmare and extremely unprofessional.

Let me start by saying that if I could give this review a negative star I would. This company made our moving experience HORRIBLE! For starters, the price quoted is NOT the price you're going to end up paying. It will be hundreds more but we'll get to that later. Moving day they were scheduled to arrive 12pm. Be careful with the loopholes in their contract. They make you unplug everything so they deny responsibility for things not working when they arrive. Also- be sure to check the truck before the door closes and then leave without saying anything to you!!! I had lawn furniture and boxes left that I had to move myself!!! The salesperson comes and is soon nice and sweet. He sells you a "bill of good" that is not make good on.
