I feel completely taken advantage of and disrespected. Before my move, I was given confirmation twice that my total would be $800 and several dollars including my deposit for 2.5-3hrs and that 4 movers with approximately 8 years of experience would move me. My items were moved with no damage but they all were not experienced and had to be instructed throughout as if it was an onsite training, that made the process slower. Buyer beware. If All My Sons's associates steal your property, you will not be compensated. On May 6, 2022, All My Sons Moving and Storage stole from my place of residence a PS4, a Nintendo Switch, two controllers, and two games. My roommate at the time was moving out, and she had hired AMS to move her furniture. Used moving service for one bedroom apartment. Mover broke my footboard to my king bed. AMS took responsibility but only offered $100 but that doesn't cover half the cost of new footboard. Now I have to buy new $500 footboard in which AMS clearly damaged beyond use.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Rude & unprofessional. They aren't trustworthy either. i have heard so many stories of stolen items. beware!!!

On 4-23-22 my parents were moved across town by All My Sons Movers for a total cost of $3,300, (packing and moving). During the course of this 1-day local move these movers managed to tear up or outright "lose" at least $3,000 of their property. Concerning the missing items a company representative stated "items left on the truck after a move are thrown away at the end of the day." I rarely write anything negative about a company but this one needs a special mention. I called them to get a quote just like I did with two other companies right before them. I had begun explaining the inventory and the rep interrupted to give me an estimate number. I asked him to hear me out as the estimate was just based on him just hearing two bedrooms and a couple of furniture. He abruptly continued, " Are you going to book now? Are you going to book now?" Let me revise my review of Ally My Sons Moving. As stated previously Dangelo, Alex, and Dujuan were very hard workers. After the finished, I advised that they find another employer. I booked with All My Sons Moving 3 weeks in advance. I was given a quote of $139 an hour, which I thought was fair. When I scheduled I asked the scheduler to please make sure that I would be the first move of the day. QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES WITH SR. CITIZENS They did a small apartment move for my 80 year old father. 500 square foot apartment THAT WAS FULLY PACKED before movers arrived. Here is how to keep your move in check and SAVE AT LEAST $200: They may insist on 3 movers ($159 hour) instead of 2 ($139 hour) with a 3 hour minimum (2 hr moving + 1 hr travel time). This is the worse moving company ever they give you a price on what it will be to move then it doubles when they get finish it went from $569 to $1100 they move slow so they can charge you more they have a charge for tape which is $122. How can you charge $1100 for a 15min away move with boxes already packed out of a small apartment ? I wish I could give a zero rating.
