After showing up over 3 hours later than the time window I was given they damaged every piece of furniture they touched. I was charged for 3 hours on a move that totaled 1 hour. They dropped my furniture more than once and drug my mattress on the floor rather than carrying it.

Pleaseeeeeeeeee save your MONEY.... Do NOT Use this company!!! You have to tell the movers to stop standing around, I wasted so much money!!!! I noticed a lot if my items broke and they didn't even tell me. I witnessed them dropping several items and they acted as if it was no big deal!! Please find a better company, I wish someone would have saved me!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... Not worth it. TRUST ME 100% percent.

i was never told there was a no refund deposit although i talked to the guy for about 10 minutes ! i was sent 3 emails and again no information about a non refundable fee !!! i will never call this company again and besides it was going to be $692.00 just to get started!!!!

Well, it has taken me a bit of time to get over my chaotic moving day. We moved 6 weeks ago and it will go down in history as one of the worst, longest, most frustrating days of our lives. Let me first begin by stating that 2 of the 3 movers were courteous. They were 45 minutes late. They showed up at my house and reeked of marijuana. I tried to not worry about it hindering their productivity. They refused to take apart my child's crib but gladly attempted to take apart my 2 beds. No stars. DO NOT use. Highly unprofessional and unorganized company. The first date they scheduled me for they had to call back and say the were booked. They ended up scheduling me next day however they were SIX HOURS late. The first 30 minutes of your move (which they count as clocked in) they are going over contract with you -signing away before actually getting to physically move you. They were very slow too. Don't trust anything you value to these scammers. BBB only posts 15% of reviews for this company. Why? BBB says due to high volume of negative reviews. Thousands in broken, lost, taken items. They didn't even have the full three people I paid for working through the day. I paid for three. I got two in the afternoon. They tried to cancel during their arrival window as they seem to do for other people. My advice: Run away. Run far away.

The movers were scheduled to arrive between 10-12am they did not show up until 5pm after I called twice requesting status. They were two young boys who were not experienced movers. I had to call two family members over plus myself to help them move because they dropped my sofa and struggled with how to correctly load my belongings. I now have a damaged sofa and I was charged overtime rates when they showed up 5 hours late. Horrible customer service.

Absurdly dishonest and oddly emotional! I received a quote and, within 28 minutes, I received a second quote, and then I received my third quote with 23 minutes of that! The first quote was expensive: 2 hour minimum, 2-man crew: $149 per hour and an additional $149 for travel to and from my home with 8% fuel surcharge on the last $149. If I could provide a review lower than one I would. Absolutely unprofessional, 7 hours late for a scheduled move. Move alone from load in to delivery was well over 7 hours and charged for this inconvenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
