Best moving experience I could have asked for! We moved SIX storage units of antiques from San Antonio to our personal storage space in Amarillo. The units had sat untouched for 7 to 8 years and were filthy. It was a hot, dirty job that took three trucks and seven men three days to complete. Everyone of the men was polite, courteous and careful with our belongings, some of which were very heavy and/or coming apart. This was the BEST move I have EVER had! They were not cheap, but I have found you get what you pay for in this industry. My moving team was Mike and Andy. They were professional, courteous and they hustled!!! They worked as a well oiled team! Mike, the lead, parked the truck to make loading and unloading efficient. He called my attention to items that were scratched/broken before moving it, items I already knew had issues. This spoke volumes to his credibility. March 2, 2016 San Antonio, Texas. I had a smooth transition from house to house. I received a written quote and my cost didn't exceed that quote. The movers arrived "on time," they were nice, and asked questions for clarification. I had, or have, no complaints about the service they provided. I had good experience! Thank you.
Just used them for a small move of about 5 miles but they handled all the heavy furniture. Was very satisfied with the clean looks and manners of the movers, all three were very pleasant to work with. The move took about 4 hours and they had 2 story homes on both ends of the move. They were very careful and we did not have any problems. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone needing their service.
This is the second time we have used them to move us. Both times they have done a great job. They were on time and very professional. They were very careful with all our furniture and boxes. We would recommend them to anyone. Great job!
We had a moving emergency and called AMS for backup for same-day service. Jennifer said they could definitely help us the next day but we could probably get help that night, took our deposit, and said someone would call us in the next few minutes to confirm. We waited 2 hrs before calling to see if they forgot about us. We told the automated phone tree we were current customers and waited on hold for 30 minutes then hung up to try again. Nearly a month after my move, my furniture still isn't fully assembled, and tonight it became a safety issue involving my pet. I couldn't find my kitten and heard faint cries coming from inside the still-wrapped, unfinished couch. My kitten was trapped inside. I had to cut through the plastic and paper with scissors to free it. I have video of the incident. This is no longer just a delay--my pet was put in danger because the furniture was left unfinished for weeks. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

it was a struggle the entire process and they showed up after adding an extra person with a female driver and skinny kid.... so I sent them back knowing there was no way they could complete this job. I did the move myself with my crews and it took 2 days (18 hours) ..... they really under estimated even with an accurate list. We did get 2 men & a Truck to estimate which was 6 men and two trucks...... it was a mess for sure. Gave 2 stars because Johnny was nice and their rating is 1.5 stars at the time.
