Our experience with All My Sons was horrible. Initially I thought the team was working quickly on my home move, only to find that they didn't pack up about half the kitchen, and from what they did pack, several things were broken, including irreplaceable Crystal. When I contacted the main office about filing claims, all I got was radio silence. I waited a week from my move to post this review to see if they responded, but nothing. I do NOT recommend entrusting your valuable goods to this company.
The movers themselves were wonderful, but the management could not be worse. When i called we agreed upon $69 dollars an hour plus fuel and boxes if necessary. I required no boxes and only had them unload so my fuel payment should have been minimal, but instead of being charged somewhere around the $69 I agreed to, I was charged $480, putting my account in the negative. They got my email wrong so I have no reciepts to dispute this with my bank, and when I complained they said that was their companies rates and it wasn't thei... read more
They low balled me on the estimate to use them and over charged me for the service. I was quoted an estimate of $525 and then the final bill was over $1300!! They didn't show up the day schedule they came the next day late. My boyfriend literally help them moved the couches and mattress because they couldn't do it. They took forever on the time. They dropped my mattress on the concrete ground and it ripped the mattress cover I bought and just like oh well and hands dirty and sweaty all over my mattress from them....It was a ... read more
Terrible business!!! My friend used this company they charged for gas, over charged for hours, didn't even show up the original day of the move. Originally quoted $500 but charged $1300 this place is the biggest scam. Boyfriend ended up helping with the employees that showed up late anyways. Would never recommend. Keep your money and do it yourself. Terrible quality, wasted time and wasted money.
THE WORSE COMPANY I've EVER dealt with. We called All My Sons Moving company to move SOME of our heavy items from one house to another house 7 miles away. SAM MARTINEZ, Moving Consultant, and I walked through the home so I could be provided with an estimate and so there was documentation of which items were to be moved and which items were to remain in the home. This company is a rip off, lots of hiding fees. Its Absurd how much they charge to move her things from. I one bedroom apartment to a house 20 mins away and my bill was $500 dollars more than what the quoted me.
Worst moving experience ever. The movers broke the leg off of one of my in-laws' dresser. They annoyed the management staff of the apartment complex by blocking the elevator rendering it useless to other residents. When they piled boxes and lamps in the elevator, two lamps fell over and got bent. The movers just laughed about it. One of the worst experiences we have had in dealing with a company. Completely unprofessional. The crew of 3 guys took over 6 hours to move one truck of stuff, 20 minutes down the road and when everything was said and done, charged us nearly $2000 all while managing to damage several pieces of furniture. They dented our washer and dryer and mishandled our dryer so badly that it no longer works. Things go missing with this company. Hire at your own risk. I had an expensive belonging that was in my house during the moving with All My Sons company, and is now missing. This was in my nightstand, which I saw one of the movers un-wrap my furniture next to it, so I checked and my belonging was still there. They left my property and about 10 minutes later I noticed this was missing. I then called them to come back.
