My hope is that someone reads this review and is very cautious when booking All My Sons Moving. We booked them to move 20 items which included a couple of TV consoles, a sofa and a dresser, a mattress and box spring. The rest of the items were smaller and boxed. It took the two inexperienced individuals over 5 hours to complete the job. We moved from an apartment that was less than 1 mile away from our new home. They took forever to prepare the items. I am writing this review here as they deleted my Google review. DO NOT use this company. I've moved three times in the last 10 years or so, and this BY FAR was the worst moving company. I moved less LESS than half a mile and it took these two guys 9 hours!!! I even had most everything that need to be moved in the front room by the front door. 9 hours!!! Dropping off my children at school I have a baby in the car DRIVING with caution! The driver in YOUR company truck proceeds to keep honking at me while baby is the car! And as a business owner myself the details matter and to have humans of such nature represent your company! And we are looking for movers definitely not using them now!
This is the most unprofessional, lazy moving company I have ever dealt with in 3 states I've lived in. they were supposed to move me one day but the movers called the home office and said it needed to be cleaner for them to move, so we rescheduled and I was up all night (disabled and all) getting the house ready for the move but the 4 guys that were hired walked in, looked at what needed to be packed and called their home office complaining the house was too hazardous still to move. Worse Moving Company EVER!!!!! We hired All my sons to move our office and it was the worse decision I made. First off I stated that the move could be started at 1pm and they asked what would be a good time to dispatch the crew I stated 12pm would be good since I will need to have them check in and they could start breaking down the furniture. they were very slow and changed way too much to move just one room to a home in the same city of furniture.they did pack all the furniture well to protect it. we were charged $700 and they never did email my invoice.
We scheduled a complete pack and move for our apartment to our new house in San Antonio. The office knew it was a complete pack and move because they even called my husband the day before to ask how many boxes they will need. Day of, two guys show up with no boxes saying they didn't know it was a pack and move. Called the office, they said it would take time and a significant up charge to get a third guy out. In the end, we had the two guys move our big furniture and had to haul all the rest ourselves throughout the weekend.... read more
Was looking around getting quote for a move out of state, which I did before which cost me around 3 grand about a year ago and looking to do the same move and this company quoted me 19,000.......got in touch with another company that is reputable and they quoted me 3200! Don't use these scums
Great fast service from harley Trudeau and angel they moved very fast and service was very seamless with them moving up and down stairs . I would say if you're not looking to pay $800 for a move then maybe look around, I was expecting to pay around $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment . $$159 per hr for labor and travel . labor and travel are separate fees . $159 for labor and $159 for travel .. charges turned into $800 real quick and a piece of furniture was left because the furniture couldn't fit through the door way .
