Worse Moving Company EVER!!!!! We hired All my sons to move our office and it was the worse decision I made. First off I stated that the move could be started at 1pm and they asked what would be a good time to dispatch the crew I stated 12pm would be good since I will need to have them check in and they could start breaking down the furniture. they were very slow and changed way too much to move just one room to a home in the same city of furniture.they did pack all the furniture well to protect it. we were charged $700 and they never did email my invoice.

We scheduled a complete pack and move for our apartment to our new house in San Antonio. The office knew it was a complete pack and move because they even called my husband the day before to ask how many boxes they will need. Day of, two guys show up with no boxes saying they didn't know it was a pack and move. Called the office, they said it would take time and a significant up charge to get a third guy out. In the end, we had the two guys move our big furniture and had to haul all the rest ourselves throughout the weekend.... read more

Was looking around getting quote for a move out of state, which I did before which cost me around 3 grand about a year ago and looking to do the same move and this company quoted me 19,000.......got in touch with another company that is reputable and they quoted me 3200! Don't use these scums

Great fast service from harley Trudeau and angel they moved very fast and service was very seamless with them moving up and down stairs . I would say if you're not looking to pay $800 for a move then maybe look around, I was expecting to pay around $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment . $$159 per hr for labor and travel . labor and travel are separate fees . $159 for labor and $159 for travel .. charges turned into $800 real quick and a piece of furniture was left because the furniture couldn't fit through the door way . Horrible in every way . Broke $5500 table and tv and offered me $30 compensation. Lied about the cost of the move . There employees are all temps . Run as fast as you can from these idiots .....

Absolutely horrified at these guys! They helped me with my move on September 7, 2023. The one item I asked them to please be extra careful with because I had sentimental value and was a high take it out of my head purchase for my home, they broke. It was a $3000 marble and travertine table. When I paid for the $175 insurance prior to moving, I was rest, assured, verbally by the leader of the move that compensation would be paid in for the broken damages. Awful experience, the day before our move they didn't even have our booking scheduled for the correct day and time. I had to call to confirm, after they already took my deposit. Chris proceeded to tell me how much everything would cost, the estimated final cost was much more than what I was initially quoted. I called back to cancel and didn't receive a refund for paying my deposit. They have too many people working, they are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

Chris charged us more than twice what he quoted. Chris took over 5 hours longer to move us. Chris used eight idiots that got mud all over our new carpets and belongings. Chris left thousands of dollars of our property and did not move it. Chris would not unload the truck at midnight until we agreed to pay the more than double quoted cost. Chris delivered someone else's belongings to us off of another truck. Chris is an idiot. No apology, no nothing. We have reported to BBB.
