Beware, they give you a much lower cost on the phone. Then you can't back out when the moving day comes so they tack on a lot more. Horrible experience.

we are LIVID! biggest ripoff. we've been moving a bunch of stuff on our own to expedite the process for when these guys came. we believed the guy who confirmed the move that having a 3rd person would make it go faster. all it did was let one guy stand around while they took 4 hours to move only big furniture. mind you, when I moved a year ago, it took half that to move me out of my whole house, boxes and all. this is awful. do NOT use this company. biggest waste of time and we're now completely screwed over.

Most of the moving industry is a shameless racket, and this outfit fits the mold. As they do, quoted a low price to get the business but then raised the price by over 60% holding the stuff hostage, This is despite the fact that they had to load less stuff than we originally agreed on and everything being packed and ready for them. The three men crew also stated that they work for tips that's despite the fact that we pay this joint $200/hr(!!!) for labor. I wish I would have checked the reviews more closely before I hired this company. They should not be in business. It started off bad when the estimate was totally inaccurate. They estimated one day but it took them 2 1/2 days. They moved my household goods to storage for about three months while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. I wish I had reviews before booking this company, yes the workers were respectful however they drug their feet and for a 4 hour move I paid 1100 which we were only expecting to pay a max of 600. They tell you everything you want to hear over the phone that was in fact not true. I still had to go back and load up more stuff that they did not grab to begin with. They also held my 82" tv in their truck until I paid the payment before moving it in to my home, I would not recommend and will not ever go with them again.

This company is a complete rip off! Almost 1000.00 for a 3 hour move! And i didn't have much to move 3 hrs at 169.00 an hour the rest are fees!! Do not used this company. Most reviews indicate what a robbery this company is

If I could leave a -100 review I would. I scheduled a move with this moving service. They called me at 8am saying there was a cancellation and if I would like to move my time slot to an earlier time. I said no and asked to confirm what time the movers would be at my apartment. The man I spoke to said 11am OR SOMETIME AFTER. At 10:18 I received ONE phone call from an unknown number - which apparently was from the movers because they got sent to my apartment early. No message. I should have written this a long time ago but I was waiting to sue before writing this. If I could give this company negative stars I would. They were highly unprofessional and had zero respect for myself (as the customer) and my property. I paid WAY too much money for this move. From a one bedroom apartment to a storage unit that was literally less than a quarter mile away... With all of their "fees" added it came out to be over an $800 move. I only requested big items to be moved; Bed frame & Mattress, dresser, couches, a couple TVs, office desk and chairs. A 3 HOUR MOVE COSTS ME $800?? They know what they're doing... I'll never go with All My Sons again.
