BE AWARE! HIDDEN FEES AND PRICES. We hired two movers to help load our 2 bedroom apt into OUR U-Haul. As I was gathering things in the apt and they were finishing up loading, they had my girlfriend sign and agree to the pricing and left without talking to me! Not only did they place all our heavy porch furniture in the upper portion of the U-Haul with no strapping (which we provided them), leaving us to have to unload half the truck to be able to get to them and strap them down properly, they also charged us 225$ for fue... read more

Update! After damaging my old house I was able to inspect my safe and they scratched it up! One scratch is so deep it's to the bare metal. I was told they needed 4 guys to move it. It's a very expensive gun safe! What did I pay for?

Called to get a quote for unloading only!: charges $65 for the gas to get to my location. Charges 30 min drive- back and 30 min drive forth, total- $179, so an hours worth of work before they begin to work. So before they begin to work the primary charge just to show up is $244. Then $179 per hour after they show up and they charge a minimum of 1 hour after they show up. The quote was $423 for 1 hour of actual work. I have been having the worst possible experience with this company possible. Several of my items were damaged during the move and I submitted paperwork to get reimbursed for the damage. They countered with an extremely low ball value that comes nowhere near the cost of repairing the items, much less replacing them. I asked how they came up with the reimbursement values, and was completely ignored. Was initially quoted for 2 hr minimum $375. Written quote received is $475! Is not totally transparent. I will look elsewhere.

AMS damaged my floors and I filed a claim with the associated paperwork and provided the photos and a quote for the repair of my floors. The quote that I submitted was $3500 from the company who installed the floors and they stated this was the cost to repair the floors. AMS offered $200 for the damaged floors. I have sent multiple emails called five times this month. I have been told by ACE and Joe that I have to speak with a "Specialist" by the name AB. Big mistake hiring these people. i had issues from the start to the end. From the scheduling to the damaged dis assembled furniture they left behind. They kept promising to come back and assembl, but never did. They also give you a rate then hit you with with rediculous fees to include fuel charges that are astronomica! do yourself a favor and find a reputable company.

I recommended All My Sons to my client who is from out of state to assist with her move from a rental property. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I regret that she used this company and had the worst experience EVER! The movers were careless with her belongings, they took their time and complained that they were "worked like dogs" (it's hot, and hard work but it is their job) and they took their whole day, racking up the hourly rate. I made a appointment for Saturday to move they called back saying we need to move you appointment due to it being really busy and needed to move it to Sunday the movers show up at 9 I give them the building number and unit number saying they thought they were knocking on my door but it wasn't my door then they say the tablet was glitching and I had to call the office they said that my appointment was made for noon and I see the moving truck leaving my apartment complex they come back at noon i have everything ready for them ... read more
