Great service...swift... BUT, my bed was put together incorrectly, and needed to be redone.
It initially felt like a 5 star service, but after the move calmed down, we realized the opposite. Assembly was included, but the service ended before the paid full 2 hours as some screws were spread out (they were found not long after they left). One item (kids bed) was mostly built, but was not finished due to one item missing. This item was later found to be still inside the POD (the movers said that the POD was empty).
