Great service...swift... BUT, my bed was put together incorrectly, and needed to be redone.
It initially felt like a 5 star service, but after the move calmed down, we realized the opposite. Assembly was included, but the service ended before the paid full 2 hours as some screws were spread out (they were found not long after they left). One item (kids bed) was mostly built, but was not finished due to one item missing. This item was later found to be still inside the POD (the movers said that the POD was empty). Damaged my floors and wall , furniture damaged
Great disappointment!
They quoted one price on the phone then at the place of delivery, asked for more than a one third increase. They tried to scam me and when I wouldn� t pay the extra the refused to unload my desk and drove off with it. The main office refused to talk to me or respond to emails. Pure crookery� �.not recommended!
The amount charged drastically exceeded the amount in which I was quoted. Three workers took 5 hours to pack a one bedroom apartment and deliver it 9.5 miles away. This was at least 2 hours more than I planned for. One of the workers was new and looked like he was lost half the time and did the least work. If I'm paying extra for a 3rd person, he should at least be proficient at his job.
They showed up with two people. No tools to disassemble my bed. Had to reach their truck to find my tools n unpack them to take my bed apart. They dropped the head board n broke it (crack from one side to the other). Then they broke the trim around the head board rails. Couldn't dis connect the adjustable base n didnt hook it up at the new house. Put the bed together but left the bolts loose with out telling me. Just place the boxes in the new house in rooms unpacked. We only moved about 15 miles (15 minutes) n they charged ... read more
I can't write a lot except what little experience I had with them. Hiring and pay rate seemed good. After that, never heard from them. I had to call 3 times to find out when they would be there. The last time was the day of after they had said 11am and it was 1pm. Then we had to cancel the order because the complex I was living in at the time had a pest control problem. They said they would refund my money but that they couldn't move me. I'm a disabled vet which is why I needed the help. I ended up getting a Uhaul and doing ... read more
