I moved from a 1br to a 1br today. I was quoted $480-550 last week. I ended up paying $672 but will be refunded $40-60 soon because we ended a bit early. I'm okay with that price, for the time and stress it saved me. I had called twice between then and now asking for the quote to be emailed to me, since I read previous bad reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau. This was about the best moving experience I ever had--the movers were professional but also warm and helpful on a day when I was extremely stressed out and had to move three cats and a lot of fragile items. They took care of a lot of little things I would have missed and wrapped my large pictures well enough that not one had broken glass (which I've always had in the past, and they wrapped them rather than boxed them, so I didn't have to pay for picture boxes. . Hired AMSMS for our move of a 2000sf, 2bdrm+den home. While price was reasonable the truck size was not. Fortunately, we had moved a number of items ourselves over the last week or the movers would never have fit it all in the truck. Because of that we rated 4 stars. As it was, the two AMSMS employees (young man and woman), must be Tetris masters because they somehow fit 99% of what we had in their truck. My move was with some very hard working kids with great attitudes. I hope the company treats them well and I hope they get more training about packing and moving beyond just basic labor because young folks that are willing to work this hard, are a rare find. I'd hire them in a heartbeat. I'm sure there are things they could have done better but I knew what I was getting as I've used this company before. They were on time but there had been a miscommunication about moving a baby grand piano, They assured me when I called they were certified piano movers. However, the lyre was not removed, I am unsure about the rods and I don't know if soundboard was secure. The hinges were put in backward! The movers were nice, we have had them on 3 other occasions however I can not recommend them for moving a baby grand. I now need to hire someone to fix my piano. Again, they are great and nice. They showed up at 815 and immediately started to work. Had the the whole house packed by 1100. They protected all my furniture with blankets which was extremely important to me being that it was all real wood. No damage!! After numerous military moves, I knew what to expect. Price was reasonable however I was not explained about the fee for gas mileage. Thankfully we were only driving 5 miles up the road otherwise I would have had a problem. Overall, great service.

Great movers! Very professional service! Excellent customer service! They moved me from Tucson LA. Delivered to two locations without extra expenses. They did each step on time, from estimation to delivering. Be sure to ask if they move vehicle. Kan Z.

Great movers! They moved me from Tucson foothills to Scottsdale at only ~1/3rd the cost of other more well-known moving companies. The team was very professional, on time, nothing damaged, and excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend them! -Keith M.
