This is an update of my previous review of our experience with a household move we had with All My Sons On June 30, 2025. The only contact All My Sons allowed us is through email. They gave me a phone number to call them on, but no one answers it and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave them a message. I was given information from someone that lived in TX three weeks before the move but sadly the gentleman moving me weren't updated and this could have cost me my life since I was moving out by stealth. The movers themselves were wonderful - they worked quickly and tirelessly. One or two broken items but that's expected. When it was time to pay the cost was double the quote due to an 18% gas tariff. I also had to call Arizona DPS on these guys because some of the documents I had in my dressers and work office desk were classified, and I told Mobster John about this. They disnt listen and I was lucky none of my documents were stolen.

Awful experience. Would not recommend or ever use their services again. We moved from Tucson to Albuquerque and were quoted a price for packing and moving our townhome based off of a video walkthrough of our entire place. When the movers arrived they were under the impression that it would be a quick 4 hour job. Instead it lasted the entire day after they arrived almost 2 hours later than we were told to expect them. BEWARE, this company feeds you a good line but all they do is take your money and not care. We got the insurance from them and they wouldn't even honor their insurance after gouging our washing machine which was practically brand new, still had the plastic on it, among other things. So do yourselves a big favor and do not hire these guys. I would give these guys a negative rating of minus five if I was able.

This company has poor business ethics. All My Sons Moving was hired by my son and his girlfriend to move them less than 5 miles distance from pick up to delivery in Albuquerque, NM. AMSM want me to give them my credit card number without giving me an invoice--the movers just gave my son a verbal amount they're going to charge. Chris (the office manager) said that they will not unload the truck without payment prior to off-loading, so I asked to have his manager/owner contact me but was never contacted. Hidden Charges, they don't tell you there is a travel charge, or a gas charge, they also say your deposit will be applied to the charge not on top of the charge. they are very deceptive, the movers were okay.

Everything was going great with the company up until the unload portion. The movers provided great customer service the whole time. But the problem came when I had to talk to John the payment collection/Remote micro manager. When i called to find out about relocation service, within the same city of Tucson, i was told its a hourly rate of $179, it will start with a $179 to cover traveling time to my house and them departing to head back to home base. Got initial quote after describing move size with assurance that 4 movers couldn't possibly take a whole day or cost more than $2000. $3500 dollars later, 12 hours of moving and the move still wasn't done, our old house's security door was ripped off it's hinges and the movers called it a day with moved furniture incompletely assembled throughout the new house.
