Be very careful using this company. They damaged property, started fights (physical fights with other people that were here), and then refused to speak with me regarding needed repairs they caused.

The driver crashed into a pole at my storage unit and caused damage. Once arrived at my house my walls were hit with a head board. The driver ripped my mattress. The driver was very rude and showed frustrating with the other guys. And once I receive the bill it was much higher then what I was quoted.

I never review companies, but this was so awful that I don't want others to have this experience. 1) Quote was incorrect 2) Movers complained about what was listed to move, and didn't move some of the items because "they aren't supposed to" So I moved them myself 3) 3 movers - one was sick and in the bathroom most of the time. I would have been understanding had they not: 1- told me they were going slow to avoid having to do their next job and 2- at the end of the time told me they were going to charge me more for going ... read more

Worst moving experience ever. They were so slow and just threw stuff in the truck. Didn't even wrap my new white couch or wool rug and I had to have them cleaned immediately. They also broke my entertainment center which was also new. To top it off they started at 8 am and we're still going at 5 and called an additional crew to help. All My Lies A better name for this dishonest organization whose business model appears to be based upon broken promises, lies, and shameless deception would be "All My Lies". We very recently called All My Lies on a Friday and spoke with a fellow named "Tom". We are downsizing and needed to move some household goods containing the equivalent of a one-bedroom home to our condo, a distance of three and one-half miles. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not use this company!! I scheduled a move from Tucson to Peoria. They were to come on a Friday, organize and help with minimal packing, then come back Saturday morning to load the truck drive up and unload. This is what I was told when I made arrangements and why I chose this company. Friday came and 4 guys and a truck show up saying the are there to move me. all my sons moving review: 1. all my sons moving tried to charge $420 for gas. my move was from my home to storage-- less than a mile away. stupidly dishonest. 2. all my sons moving promised a professional crew and sent a truckload of children. 3. all my sons moving tried to charge a hege overtime fee for time over the estimate. amsm csr told me he informed me of this charge during the estimate call. he did not. when i added the hours myself the crew had not even gone over the time estimate. 4. two of the children movers, wh... read more

Our furniture was damaged. Pictures weren't wrapped just stacked in a box without padding. Clothes were tossed in a wardrobe box, not hung and then a printer and books were thrown in for good measure. The attitude of the manager and movers was Lazy and rude. The estimate was off by 100%. It took 2 truck loads with the associated hours and delays. NEVER consider this company. I hired this company to move my furniture from Tucson to Saint David. Big mistake! They assured me that they could fit everything into one truck. I have a large tv, (72") and a medium tv. (38") that they left those along with a bbq (green egg) and they promised to move larger plants and various end tables and plant stands. I'm 70 and have health issues and I was left to figure the rest of my move on my own. In my opinion, their movers were nice but their customer service is horrible.
