I honestly have never been more upset or disappointed in a company. This company was supposed to show up on Sunday in the afternoon (around 2) I received no contact, I had to call and they let me know it would be around 4, still no contact at 6PM they notified me the movers were "too tired and were unable to complete my move". They told me that no one could help me, my move would be cancelled and my deposit would be refunded and they were too booked to reschedule. SUNDAY NIGHT AT 6PM. I was incredibly upset. hate doing reviews on a business because I have a highly admiration for business owners but this company has to get one from me! In fact I think this is only the second review I've done on a company. My wife contacted All My Sons Moving company to help with loading our Uhaul due to the fact that we were moving out state due to military orders. We hired them to move my mother in law from one assisted living facility to another last December...they showed up on time but both smelled VERY strongly of marijuana...while we are not against marijuana for medicinal use, the fact that these two young men were driving a large truck with our belongings we find it unprofessional and unacceptable.

Do not use this company! Prevent yourself pain and anguish and use another company. My list of complaints is long. The movers were rude and had a bad attitude from the first time they arrived. They damaged some of my furniture and when I pointed it out, I was told "Well, nothing is perfect. You can submit a claim." They broke an expensive lamp in the hallway to my apartment, left broken glass on the floor and never told me they broke it. I guess they were just hoping I would not notice it was missing. Absolutely awful. They came and started swearing at me because my boxes were full? Nobody told me anything about what was needed (not filling up the boxes) or whatever else. The guys were saying "we have to move all these fucking boxes" I asked them what the issue was and they continued to have an awful attitude. My stuff was not treated with respect and most is broken. Absolutely terrible company.

This company packed up my household in Tucson and moved it into a storage locker in town. I was not able to present during the event, although I was immediately demanded an enormous sum of money, roughly twice the amount that had been charged to pack and transport the same household from Phoenix to Tucson the year before. DO NOT USE THEM! I originally scheduled a move for May 1st. I called April 17th to move my move to April 24th. The guy I talked to said he had it changed and everything was set and that they will call me the day before the move to give me a time frame. Well Thursday the 23rd comes along and no phone call.
