Worst moving company ever! They "forgot" to tell me about the extra mileage fee of $129, showed up late & tried to upsell me on all kinds of worthless stuff! The guy was great but the girl was lazy, slow and couldn't even work a dolly? She proceeded to almost drop my wall unit while going down one step? Then when we arrived at my storage unit she proceeded to drop 3 boxed in front of me, breaking the contents! They didn't secure my bike and it fell over breaking the gear shift. My move started off just fine with these guys. They loaded the truck with my items and then were to follow us to my new apartment. They stopped at Circle K on the way for snacks and drinks and to get a little gas. I waited at my new apartment which was 5.5 miles from the old one, and they took a 1/2 hr. before finally showing up. It took them longer to unload my items then it did load them. I honestly have never been more upset or disappointed in a company. This company was supposed to show up on Sunday in the afternoon (around 2) I received no contact, I had to call and they let me know it would be around 4, still no contact at 6PM they notified me the movers were "too tired and were unable to complete my move". They told me that no one could help me, my move would be cancelled and my deposit would be refunded and they were too booked to reschedule. SUNDAY NIGHT AT 6PM. I was incredibly upset. hate doing reviews on a business because I have a highly admiration for business owners but this company has to get one from me! In fact I think this is only the second review I've done on a company. My wife contacted All My Sons Moving company to help with loading our Uhaul due to the fact that we were moving out state due to military orders. We hired them to move my mother in law from one assisted living facility to another last December...they showed up on time but both smelled VERY strongly of marijuana...while we are not against marijuana for medicinal use, the fact that these two young men were driving a large truck with our belongings we find it unprofessional and unacceptable.

Do not use this company! Prevent yourself pain and anguish and use another company. My list of complaints is long. The movers were rude and had a bad attitude from the first time they arrived. They damaged some of my furniture and when I pointed it out, I was told "Well, nothing is perfect. You can submit a claim." They broke an expensive lamp in the hallway to my apartment, left broken glass on the floor and never told me they broke it. I guess they were just hoping I would not notice it was missing. Absolutely awful. They came and started swearing at me because my boxes were full? Nobody told me anything about what was needed (not filling up the boxes) or whatever else. The guys were saying "we have to move all these fucking boxes" I asked them what the issue was and they continued to have an awful attitude. My stuff was not treated with respect and most is broken. Absolutely terrible company.
