I am a very disappointed customer! I read your reviews and thought your company would do a good job for me. Unfortunately for me, your company damaged my brand-new house and basically took none of my furniture to the second floor. I would not recommend your company at all. I have to rate the company but if I could post this without a rating, I would not give All My Sons a single star.

Unbelievable. Called to schedule moving for Sunday on a Saturday. Knowing it was last minute, we weren't necessarily expecting it to be available. Spoke with someone who said, "oh there was actually a cancellation for tomorrow so we can get you scheduled!" Told us someone would call us to let us know the estimated time. After not hearing from anyone that day and calling mutiple times, turned out the local office was already closed and we were told we would find out about timing the next day (moving day). By far the worst moving experience I've had. It was way over the price from my quote, the movers were slower than I've had in previous moves with absolutely no concern for time. One of the boys was on his phone between trips to the truck and said he was hungover. I was quoted a lower number that is why I went with this company. I was wrong to choose them. Way overpriced and unprofessional. Hidden fees like plastic wrapping without being asked ahead of time. I was very disappointed. Should have done it myself.
this company claims to be the least expensive however, they are not. I got prices from another company that was going to be cheaper so I let All My Son's know and they promised to not charge for the material, like everyone else. They ended up charging me full price and I had to call in for a refund which I still do not have. Do not recommend anyone use this company find another company to use they do not deliver on their promises. It started with how much they appreciated our business and not to worry they have everything covered. Day of our move only 2 guys and a truck showed up and it should have been 3. They kept telling us the 3rd guy was on his way but he never showed up. During the move you could tell they were rushed and kept complaining about how many hours they had to work. My girlfriend and mother fell victim to this company's Hostage Load Scam in October 2019. They were quoted by All My Son's for $1,500 to have them load up their trucks and move them to Oro Valley. Upon arriving at their new residence, All My Son's demanded $2,700 or they would keep their property and refused to unload any of it. This is actually illegal in Arizona and is called a Hostage Load Scam. The good: they were responsive to my inquiry and a quote. They were to arrive between 11 to 1, they arrived at 12:15pm. They always notified me of their location and eta. They helped us move on a day of 103° weather. The guys worked continuously. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and really tried to hide their smoking away from my sight and home, which I appreciate since my spouse is an ex-smoker.
