Our furniture was damaged. Pictures weren't wrapped just stacked in a box without padding. Clothes were tossed in a wardrobe box, not hung and then a printer and books were thrown in for good measure. The attitude of the manager and movers was Lazy and rude. The estimate was off by 100%. It took 2 truck loads with the associated hours and delays. NEVER consider this company. I hired this company to move my furniture from Tucson to Saint David. Big mistake! They assured me that they could fit everything into one truck. I have a large tv, (72") and a medium tv. (38") that they left those along with a bbq (green egg) and they promised to move larger plants and various end tables and plant stands. I'm 70 and have health issues and I was left to figure the rest of my move on my own. In my opinion, their movers were nice but their customer service is horrible. I set up a local move. The movers called the day before and wanted to be there 3 hours earlier after I had planned for 11-2 pick up. At about 12 they called and said they would not be there until after 3. They owner told me that I needed to listen because he was telling me the way it's going to be. do not use this company ever! they underbid and did not give proper estimate additionally they damaged my furniture by their reckless and careless moving....do not use them....the final cost was double their estimate and my furniture was damaged beyond repair and they damaged my tile flooring!!! their insurance is inadequate to cover the damages sustained! and they will not stand behind their services. tried to send only 3 guys and bill for 4!!! very bad, unethical company!

I was very disappointed in this company. I hired them to move office equipment within our office and to assemble a couple of desks. I arranged to have the minimum of three movers at my location. They showed up early which I did not mind, but they showed up with four movers instead of three. I expected the work would be done sooner so I did not complain. Please read before hiring this company to make your move. Horrible customer service and company; if there were negative stars, I would give them. The guys who answer the phone need soft skills. It's the first time I have utilized this kind of service, so I didn't know what to expect. I asked Mitch how much time it takes to move an apt of the size I had; he said the average is about 2 1/2 hrs. So I budgeted for that time, but he lied. They showed up to move a 2200 sf house and we're astonished at how much needed to be moved. They decided they didn't have enough time because they still had to finish the move from the day before. So they left. I had to be out of the house that day! When I talked to the owner he said they could reschedule in three days because they were booked. They said they would give me my deposit back. They charge $120 an hour for 2 guys plus gas, truck etc. which comes to $700 for 3 hours to move 45 boxes from the 2nd floor to the 7th floor in the same apartment building. That is $15 per box. Oh they did pack a few things which meant throwing them in a box and taping it. When you call to understand the bill they are rude jerks and, they stated "pay us the full amount or we will call the police". seek help elsewhere!
