All My Sons moved my furniture, lamps, art work, mirrors less than 2 miles. I could not be present during the unpacking. Within a few days I unpacked and had missing items including 2 stained glass lampshades. Several pieces of furniture scraped or damaged, broken lamps. I tried to rech the company many times, spoke to 3 different people. The one who identified himself as the owner didn't call me back. There is no leave a message service at their phone number. Our three-mile move was plagued with delays and damage to the home and items. As the movers told us, they are not employees at AMS and work long hours for days on end without time off or overtime pay. Their work shows it. They said they stay "for the tips," and constantly reminded us of that. Our one-day move took two partial days to complete over a seven day period. The compensation that the headquartered in Dallas provided was less than 10% of the damage. Look carefully at other options.

I made an appointment with this company over 2 months ago. At first I thought they were a good company, when the guy came out to give us a quote he was very professional and made everything sound like it would be super easy. When we had to reschedule they really cool about everything but a week before the move it took my an hour of being on hold to confirm the appointment. There's a reason this company is rated 1.5 stars. Today in Sonoita, Arizona, this companies truck broke down with a flat tire. So the lumper's decided while they waited for repairs to harass the local community, smoke dope in the Sonoita Mercantile Shell station's bathroom, and protest local law enforcement. Before hiring this company, read the many NEGATIVE complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. AMS was extremely careless, breaking the leg off an antique table because they did not wrap it, scratching a door in our home, removing and losing a glass shelf in a cabinet, and breaking a credenza. When I filed for damages, the headquarters in Texas did not meet the conditions of its own contract and refused to discuss it with me, even through the BBB. We moved with them and got things broken, scratched, and although we had bought moving insurance, it didn't apply, they said because they didn't acknowledge the damage. A horrible experience. Don't use them.

DO NOT USE AMS unless you want damaged furniture. AMS moved my furniture without using one moving blanket...they were left folded in the front corner of the truck. The plastic wrap left scratches, not to mention dents from using the dolly. I spent hours completing a claim form, with multiple photos, but their reply was that a third party helped (they carried out the patio furniture and 4 dining room chairs) and that meant they would not honor the claim. I called "All My Sons Moving & Storage" late afternoon on a Saturday to arrange for the transport of a refrigerator the following Monday. As there was availability, I began to provide the details of the move. When it came time to discussing cost, I was told there was a $100 deposit, and the moving cost would be $119 per hour. Worst moving company ever! They "forgot" to tell me about the extra mileage fee of $129, showed up late & tried to upsell me on all kinds of worthless stuff! The guy was great but the girl was lazy, slow and couldn't even work a dolly? She proceeded to almost drop my wall unit while going down one step?
