I was impressed with their swift and courteous response to our request for an estimate. Our salesman, Richard Hillier, was outstanding! He was pleasant, humorous, but very professional, even for a Devil Dawg. The estimate probably went longer than normal just because of us getting along so well. He surveyed our property, wrote down the dimensions, and then listened to everything we had to say. I wanted to give a big shout out to Gary, Carlos, Pablo, Ezekiel, & Emerson for the amazing job they did on our patio project. Our project included replacing an old wooden deck with concrete, extending the concrete around the pool, and installing french drains to pull all the water off the side of the house. Excellent service and highest quality product you will buy! I wanted my front entrance and decking around my pool updated. From my first visit with my salesman Ethan, the very through pre-construction meeting, and then the installers they were professional and knowledgeable. Allied outdoor solutions was absolutely awesome. We had numerous bids and decided to go with Allied because David design ideas were great he was willing to think outside the box and give us ideas vs us having to think of the project. He really tailored it to what our needs were. We have a really difficult/strict HOA and they handled all of that for us. When it came time for our project we were assigned Chris Wise. Every person I dealt with was awesome and the work was outstanding. My patio has been transformed from an eyesore to a paradise. Shout-out to Chris, Ben, Reuben and Pablo. I know I'm leaving someone out who did the mason work, forgive me. You were awesome too! My fire pit is a subject of much envy amongst my friends.
