We loved working with Allied! Our initial meeting with Spencer was incredible, he went above and beyond to help us get the backyard of our dreams. He was very responsive and as excited for our project as we were - which made the whole experience that much more fun! Blake is our PM and he never returns our calls and I have to chase him to reply to emails. It took Allied Outdoor Solutions over 3 months to get a permit filed correctly with Colleyville for an outdoor patio pad and to place a built in grill on out existing patio which already has a gas line. Just completed our patio renovation with Allied Outdoor Solutions. These guys are completely phenomenal. Chad, Pablo, Victor, and their whole team went above and beyond to complete our project and totally exceed our expectations. Allied solutions did an amazing job extending our patio by adding pavers and a walkway along the side of our house. Our Project Consulant, Jonas Clark gave us an overview of the process that was easy to understand and everything happened in the order he said it would. I appreciate that they have a manager review the work that's being done so in case there are any issues, you do not have to try and track down someone in authority. We would 100% recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions.

I was impressed with their swift and courteous response to our request for an estimate. Our salesman, Richard Hillier, was outstanding! He was pleasant, humorous, but very professional, even for a Devil Dawg. The estimate probably went longer than normal just because of us getting along so well. He surveyed our property, wrote down the dimensions, and then listened to everything we had to say. I wanted to give a big shout out to Gary, Carlos, Pablo, Ezekiel, & Emerson for the amazing job they did on our patio project. Our project included replacing an old wooden deck with concrete, extending the concrete around the pool, and installing french drains to pull all the water off the side of the house. Excellent service and highest quality product you will buy! I wanted my front entrance and decking around my pool updated. From my first visit with my salesman Ethan, the very through pre-construction meeting, and then the installers they were professional and knowledgeable.
