Worked with allied twice on two separate background projects! We did an outdoor kitchen and patio extension and then a follow-up project adding. They were professional and helpful. The 3D render really helped us to visualize before we committed. They used quality local people as well! Definitely recommend!

We recently completed a project with Allied Outdoors that consisted of a roof, outdoor kitchen and Carvestone floor. Our experience was fantastic start to finish. Our designer guided us to great decisions and kept us from going overboard. The project management team always kept us updated on progress and kept the project moving forward. UPDATE - Allied reached out after my initial review detailing the many issues experienced to make things right. They rectified the issues that were most pressing to our being satisfied with the product. Project Management remains a growth area for Allied as even with the project retry there were gaps where I had to call or text to get things right.

We loved working with Allied! Our initial meeting with Spencer was incredible, he went above and beyond to help us get the backyard of our dreams. He was very responsive and as excited for our project as we were - which made the whole experience that much more fun! Blake is our PM and he never returns our calls and I have to chase him to reply to emails. It took Allied Outdoor Solutions over 3 months to get a permit filed correctly with Colleyville for an outdoor patio pad and to place a built in grill on out existing patio which already has a gas line. Chad, Pablo, Victor, and their whole team went above and beyond to complete our project and totally exceed our expectations. Allied solutions did an amazing job extending our patio by adding pavers and a walkway along the side of our house. Our Project Consulant, Jonas Clark gave us an overview of the process that was easy to understand and everything happened in the order he said it would. I appreciate that they have a manager review the work that's being done so in case there are any issues, you do not have to try and track down someone in authority. We would 100% recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions.
