Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Allied Outdoor Solutions installed a paver patio for us. It is awesome and they were awesome. I'm not sure if we got lucky or if all their crews are as good as ours was. Carlos, Jeremy and Javier nailed it. They worked very hard, paid attention to detail and were super nice and polite. Wanted a patio poured and a driveway widened and extended. They were easy to work with and made sure the project was done according to my specifications. They helped me think through things that I hadn't considered in a kind and helpful manner. Had a few hiccups as it relates to the cost but we worked through everything and felt good about it in the end. I worked with Brent Hare and Carlos Flores and would recommend them.

We needed serious work done in our backyard. It was essentially never visited...just a place to let the dog out and also do some grilling...never lingered there very long. We had our patio updated from the pebble aggregate to carvestone. My sales person was Jonas Clark and the project manager was Carlos Flores. Additionally, we had carvestone overlay on the coping of our pool, we updated the attached hot tub and changed out the water tile. We also added a fire pit. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome. While Ben was the intended person overseeing the carvestone, we had a carvestone team from Houston come out to complete the carvestone portion due to the Dallas crew being busy. In the fall of 2017 we had Allied Outdoor solutions update our aging pool and patio decking. We were so pleased with Chad Turner and his guys! The pool and deck look amazing. The fall of 2018 and spring of 2019 were really wet and we had some settling of the deck along the back side of our pool. It was a mess. I called Allied Outdoor to come and take a look and make good on their warranty. Stephen White came out and took a look and agreed we needed to have repairs done. Allied helped make our pergola dreams come true. They were always on time, took care of and ownership of things that didn't go as planned and made sure we were fully satisfied with the project. Matt Pickard was our project manager and he was great about keeping us informed and making sure that we were 100% satisfied with it all. We highly recommend Allied and Matt and would choose them for future outdoor projects without a doubt.
