Second review is for the company overall. There were a few hiccups throughout the process that in all honesty, I expected due to so many moving parts. However, there were some mishaps that I would have liked to say turned out differently. When presented to upper management, they decided they weren't responsible for the simple repair and in light of that, I did not bring the second issue to their attention. We used Allied to redo our patio in the backyard. They did the demolition of a gravel area and put in sod. Then they tore up the greatly damaged stone patio and installed pavers. We had several quotes on the work and Allied had a reasonable price and demonstrated quite a bit of knowledge on how to correctly install pavers. They did a wonderful job and the patio looked great! we had some beds removed around the pool and then carvestone laid on the existing patio, pool decking and the new concrete. we are happy w/ the look and feel of the product. one complaint- i thought that i had paid for everything up front, but was hit w/ another bill for additional work- i thought that everything was included in the initial bill as we had discussed the "additional drainage" but apparently it wasn't in the bill. in the end, i paid it to be done w/ it and keep the wheels moving... the timeline was a little... read more

Carlos did an amazing job managing the renovation of our backyard. He's a great professional and demonstrated his expertise numerous times during the project. He was always available to answer questions. We found his recommendations very beneficial. We are also impressed with the crew that did the actual work. Allied recently completed a Travertine paver patio and drainage project for my wife and me. We got bids from several companies and we felt Allied was the best choice for our project. Don, the salesperson, and Chris, the project manager were very helpful in making decisions about our project. They were both very clear with us about costs, scheduling, and options. I had Allied redo 2 separate driveways at my house. I needed the old driveway removed, culverts placed and new concrete placed. Although they did not get it correct the first time, Carlos came out and without any excuses or pushback said: it's our fault, we did not do what you needed. They came back out and removed the fresh concrete, lowered the culverts, and poured concrete a second time. Thanks to Carlos I have just what I need and there was no extra charge for their mistake. I called Allied Outdoor Solutions after I heard an ad for the company on the Michael Berry show. I needed bulkhead work around my pool deck and some other concrete work as well as an outdoor kitchen slab. The first person who came out in late April was Ryan. Had a great experience with Stephen White of Allied Outdoor solutions. They demo'd an existing patio cover and built us a much nicer, much bigger patio. The job came in on budget and looks wonderful!

We needed a very small slab of cement for a shed. Most companies will not entertain a small job or will charge a high price for a small job. Allied was great about waiting for our HOA to approve our plans and once the plans were approved by HOA Allied came within a week to put the slab in. Very happy with the customer service from the planning people to the cement laborers. All were courteous and kind(we have 3 dogs that love to mingle with anyone).
