overpriced for below standard, poorly done concrete. chunks of concrete falling off the edges, poor hap hazard seal. spiderweb looking cracks in the seal. No effort to compensate and still paid the full price tag for admittedly sub par work. Rest of the work is great but would not recommend to anyone for concrete. they Also dug 3 trenches in the yard dt to errors in drainage and miscalculation of concrete.

Warning everyone who decides to hire Allied company to do any project to the pool deck or the concrete work. My personal experience is horrible, began in December, finished in June, and, my bad, is going to continue soon again because month later the deck start sinking and the surf already has a lot of cracks! When I mentioned this situation to the project manager, he told me that will send someone to check it. No one shows up or at least contact me... I don't normally write reviews but feel the need to say something before other homeowner's make the same mistake. **Steer clear of Allied Outdoor Solutions** Worst general contractor experience in 20 years of owning a home. Don't let them sell you on paying a little more for a quality product/service because they will over promise and under deliver. Simply not worth the time and headache.

After Devon made the sale and reassured me he would remain point of contact this was not the case. I seeked this because I have been an independent contractor and worked with companies and the best salesman will see the job through as it is the product he is selling. I would never do business with Allied Outdoor Solutions The Sales guy gave me the impression he had no suggestions on his own to solve our pool deck issues but showed me a 20+ minute video presentation on their decks with our house... They don't build to last. We purchased a home in April 2023 that Allied had installed an aluminum patio cover to in October of 2022. By May I had found that most of the segments are leaking when it rained, the drainage isn't working correctly and water builds on the roof, and the gutter that is on the roofline was left uncapped causing water to build up and leak on the corner and run down the outside of the house. Do not use this company. Their product does not last and requires annual maintenance to look like it did when installed. Sealer wears off in the Texas sun in about 4 months and turns an ugly dark which hides the color. Our installation is 6 years old and cracking. PM if you need more details. PS I never write bad reviews unless I feel I have been ripped off.

RUN from this company. Check their BBB rating just to be sure. Absolute worst construction experience we've had on every level, in 25 years of home ownership including building two custom new homes. Literally every step went horribly wrong (on a simple pool remodel, that took well over TWO YEARS!)
