I recently (1 month ago) used Allied Outdoor Solutions for Carvestone which was supposed to be a premium and proprietary product based on their marketing material. I was also going to use them on a complete outdoor kitchen living area but the initial customer experience dwindled as the process went on. The initial salesperson Sam was fantastic and his character and design chops were what really got me excited to use them. I wanted to be cautious at first so I moved forward with doing about 800sqft of concrete overlay which s... read more

We had our carvestone installed in 2019 and absolutely loved it. All was well until it came time to reseal it, which is required every 2 years to maintain the warranty. We waited 10 months for them to show up and do the reseal after we signed the reseal contract. The guys that showed up didn't seem super confident but got the job done. Within a few weeks I could tell there was a problem. Lots of cloudy areas. I reached out a few times and after a couple months someone finally came out and took a look. That was last Sept 2022... read more

I oversee construction work all over the world. Allied is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. They are the greatest team of sales professionals I have encountered. That is their only professional operation. They are non-responsive. Terrible at the one thing they are hired to do- Project Management. They do not actually have any real knowledge in the pool industry. If you hire them, expect to manage your own project. They will not show up to your site to oversee their contractors. Everything that they detail a... read more

Do not use Allied. I signed with them to build an outdoor kitchen and install carvestone back in May 2022 - the kitchen still isn't complete and carvestone has yet to even start. When I signed off on the job, I was told they would start in early June and finish in July, and it's currently late August with a lot of remaining work to be done. Throughout the kitchen build process, the concrete install had to be fixed, electrical work had to be adjusted, and the granite install wasn't square with the base and both stone base ... read more

I would not recommend this company. I've been getting the runaround and lack of response since Early June. The concrete pour is horrible and they damaged my property. They will placate you by giving you dates but will no show and then not respond to follow up requests. Check out their BBB rating. Steer clear of them!

We are in the middle of a situation with Allied that is so ridiculous and egregious that it begged for a voice. Allied was to redo our backyard area, but instead left a dirt pile in out front yard for six months, enflaming our HOA. But that's just a start. Watch these brief videos for the whole story before you chose to work with Allied. Tag your stories with #AlliedOutdoorProblems so we know we are not alone. The story isn't over. What will Allied do next to make it right on our project? Part 1 https://youtu.be/lq1z970-... read more

Have been trying since July 2021 to get a Pergola installation problem resolved. Repeated calls and emails result in few responses, many promises, limited action and Zero resolution. BBB and/or Media is next.

Want to do a backyard outdoor living project? We asked @AlliedOutdoor for help with ours with installation in 90 days. They declined. They only quote 30 days out as "things change" and they could be wasting "THEIR" time quoting 90 days out. Customer focused? You be the judge.

I've tried waiting to post this experience with Allied, but I cannot wait any longer. It has been one month since the structure Allied Outdoor Solutions built onto my house has collapsed. The pergola patio was not dialed into the home's studs and it fell when Allied contractors arrived on scene to climb up and fix a leak on the structure. We signed onto this project in November 2020 with goal of completion April 2021 at the latest. Needless to say, that did not happen. The only progress regarding fixing and rebuilding the ... read more
