We used Allied Outdoor Solutions to widen our driveway and pout a pad for a storage unit. the work was started earlier than the scheduled date and was done prior to the date we expected. The work was completed as explained . The project manager was in contact with us during and after the job was completed. It was a simple job but we were happy with the results.

I liked that company was keeping in touch with me. Communication is high on my list. When ever had questions could call or text. They responded usually same day. Job was done on day specified and if was delay of any kind someone would contact me.

I used AOS in 2017 to put carve stone in my outside front entranceway in Flower Mound, TX. They did an AWESOME job and I have received so many compliments! I had the same crew come back in 2018 and put carve stone on my backyard patio. Again, AWESOME job! I love it. They were so professional to deal with and I also had great Customer Service with Cassie on the phone. It is an expensive job but worth it and I highly recommend them.

It was truly a pleasure doing business with Allied! Profesional service, free estimate at home and in writing on the spot, easy to talk to and understanding of their process (we didn't know the process for carved stone), we completed our patio extension in December 2016 and Allied was even ahead of scheduled! I really appreciate Chad of Allied, for listening to my request when scheduling the job considering our family needs and work schedule, well done! Our backyard is truly a transformation! I did not hire this company for my 150K dirt to Disneyland backyard transformation. Got a call at the scheduled appointment time notifying previous meeting ran over by 45 minutes and the sales guy was 45 minutes out. As a commercial GC, communication and planning is key. Yes I run late to meetings but have hard stops on time and never miss by more than 10 minutes. My potential customers time is valuable and is treated as such, especially on weekends when most folks work Monday thru Friday. Calling at scheduled appointment... read more

Do not use this company. These folks will leave you with a mess and denials. They are in business to get your money and they did not care how they do that. You sign a contract with company you will be sorry because they do sloppy, non standard, shoddy workmanship and you will be left with nothing and they will deny any wrong doing. If they settle with you it will be a settlement which will benefit them and not you even though you have been harmed. These folks do not deserve to be in business. Do not call them. overpriced for below standard, poorly done concrete. chunks of concrete falling off the edges, poor hap hazard seal. spiderweb looking cracks in the seal. No effort to compensate and still paid the full price tag for admittedly sub par work. Rest of the work is great but would not recommend to anyone for concrete. they Also dug 3 trenches in the yard dt to errors in drainage and miscalculation of concrete.
