Carlos Flores, Project Manager, actively listened to my vision of the construction of a new sidewalk laid parallel to and matching my existing pool decking. He and his staff made my vision happen with courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and with the least disruption of my household possible. I am very happy with the results; the sidewalk is well constructed and matches the decking perfectly.

I wanted to update my previous review. Evidently, the local office I dealt with kicked up my situation to their corporate in Houston. The customer service I received from Bradley at AOS corporate was top notch! Within a week, Bradley contacted me several times to advise me of the status of our cancellation request. Update: After my original review, Chad with Allied contacted me regarding my concerns (I think it is also important to note he acknowledged my review). Initially he seemed a little apprehensive to help me out any further but agreed to send Carlos (project manager) with a different sub other can Epic Pavers. We used Allied Outdoor Solutions to widen our driveway and pout a pad for a storage unit. the work was started earlier than the scheduled date and was done prior to the date we expected. The work was completed as explained . The project manager was in contact with us during and after the job was completed. It was a simple job but we were happy with the results.

I liked that company was keeping in touch with me. Communication is high on my list. When ever had questions could call or text. They responded usually same day. Job was done on day specified and if was delay of any kind someone would contact me.

I used AOS in 2017 to put carve stone in my outside front entranceway in Flower Mound, TX. They did an AWESOME job and I have received so many compliments! I had the same crew come back in 2018 and put carve stone on my backyard patio. Again, AWESOME job! I love it. They were so professional to deal with and I also had great Customer Service with Cassie on the phone. It is an expensive job but worth it and I highly recommend them.

It was truly a pleasure doing business with Allied! Profesional service, free estimate at home and in writing on the spot, easy to talk to and understanding of their process (we didn't know the process for carved stone), we completed our patio extension in December 2016 and Allied was even ahead of scheduled! I really appreciate Chad of Allied, for listening to my request when scheduling the job considering our family needs and work schedule, well done! Our backyard is truly a transformation! Do not use this company. These folks will leave you with a mess and denials. They are in business to get your money and they did not care how they do that. You sign a contract with company you will be sorry because they do sloppy, non standard, shoddy workmanship and you will be left with nothing and they will deny any wrong doing. If they settle with you it will be a settlement which will benefit them and not you even though you have been harmed. These folks do not deserve to be in business. Do not call them.
