I hired AOS to add a covered patio onto the back of the house. Garrett was responsive and always available to answer questions. Gave me advice based on his experience and always kept me updated as to what was going to happen next and who would be out. The workers cleaned up each day and were professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with Allied Outdoor Solutions work. Originally, spoke with Don Norris who gave me a fair price on exactly what I wanted and I told him what I could and could not afford. Then, working with project manager Stephen White who was professional and very customer service oriented. He reply to all of my questions and calls throughout the entire process. Work that was done was exactly what I asked for and done completely to my satisfaction. " thank you " Allied Outdoor Solutions.

Once Allied was able to fit us into their very busy schedule we are very happy with our Carvestone patio. The workers were very professional and took time to make sure we approved of each phase of the process.

We hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to repair our outdoor fireplace and remove an existing flagstone patio. Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. Carlos Flores, Project Manager, actively listened to my vision of the construction of a new sidewalk laid parallel to and matching my existing pool decking. He and his staff made my vision happen with courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and with the least disruption of my household possible. I am very happy with the results; the sidewalk is well constructed and matches the decking perfectly.

I wanted to update my previous review. Evidently, the local office I dealt with kicked up my situation to their corporate in Houston. The customer service I received from Bradley at AOS corporate was top notch! Within a week, Bradley contacted me several times to advise me of the status of our cancellation request. He coordinated the release of our current permit with the city and I just now received a check for our entire downpayment I know I was harsh in my review of the company in my previous post, but it was what it w... read more

Update: After my original review, Chad with Allied contacted me regarding my concerns (I think it is also important to note he acknowledged my review). Initially he seemed a little apprehensive to help me out any further but agreed to send Carlos (project manager) with a different sub other can Epic Pavers. We used Allied Outdoor Solutions to widen our driveway and pout a pad for a storage unit. the work was started earlier than the scheduled date and was done prior to the date we expected. The work was completed as explained . The project manager was in contact with us during and after the job was completed. It was a simple job but we were happy with the results.
