Last year they came out with multiple crews each applying the coatings with different colors texture and style. The salesman lowered the price and assured me I would have the standard warranty on workmanship. I sent him pictures of failed areas of pool deck in April he tested back saying they laa a id the crew off for health reasons but would contact me when they reopen I have tried calling and texting and got no response. I would not recommend this company

June of last year we got carvestone on our patio. This year I started to see delamination, so I immediately called Allied Outdoor Solutions. For two weeks I did not hear back. I called again. A week later Don came to look at the problem. He was very sweet, took notes of my primary concern and made notes of other areas of concern. A month goes by and I have not heard back. I hired this company to build a front porch, a very simple front porch. Had one problem after another, primarily with the sales person and the contract and now with the credit company, Synchrony, who says they don't even have a plan like the one I was sold. WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

This is the type of post I hate to create, but the idea of someone else swindled on their Carvestone project makes me ill. Hopefully our experience will better inform the next person who is trying to make a decision about whether to use Allied Outdoor Solutions for their home improvement project. Well I have to tell you I'm very disappointed in this company I met with their sales person Brett well over a month ago we spent a good 45 minutes to an hour walking the areas to be covered with carbs town decided to proceed with this company I really liked this sales person wrote him a check signed the contract and he promised they would be in touch within a week yes we were amid COVID-19 he qualified that they would be in touch soon within a week to at least get things scheduled for once things opened up. We set up a FREE estimate, per the postcard we received in the mail, for a Saturday afternoon and the employee never showed up. When I called the next week afterwards to inquire as to what happened, they said that they received a note we had cancelled. We absolutely did NOT cancel and will therefore never use them again. We waited around all Saturday afternoon on a beautiful day waiting for someone who never showed up.

Run, don't walk, in any direction that takes you away from Allied Outdoor Solutions. I sure wish I had read the reviews here before having them resurface our fading cooldeck, coping, and retaining walls. Just want to help my neighbors out and give them fair warning about a company NOT to use. We used Allied Outdoor Solutions for a complete backyard renovation (pool decking, drainage, coping, turf, etc). We had our initial consultation in Nov and signed all contracts in Dec. They began in Feb and just completed. Project management was deplorable. In fact, I am confident the poor quality of the project manager was the source of most of the issue.
