We are trying to work it out with these people but they don't show up or don't know what they are doing. Called the supervisor no return call. They have $6800.00 of our money since April. Think twice about using them.

I wrote a very positive review following the completion of their work. Unfortunately, their follow-up for maintenance or repair has been HORRID. They installed a new grill island and electricity and because of rain, it shorts out my circuits. I have been contacting them since May 20. I was told to submit a request online. I did on May 21. It is now June 28. Five phone calls and 2 online requests later, NOBODY but the woman answering the phones apologizing for my treatment has called me to discuss the problem.

We hired Allied to pour new concreate and install their carvestone product on our pool decking 5 months ago. Saw an issue right away with the conrete they poured was not pushing the water off correctly so it was sitting and pooling. Now I am starting to see chipping in 3 spots of Carvestone. When I contacted them about the water pooling their solution is to demo a small area and then they say the carvestone will not match 100% and other issues could arise from it. Worst company I have ever done business with. Very expensive and very poor workmanship. Had them install new concrete driveway. It cracked after two weeks. After arguing with them they came back and jackhammered it all back out again. The worst concrete work I had ever seen. Rebar and expansion joints weren't installed correctly. The whole thing was a mess. The concrete itself looked bad. They put a new driveway in again and that one developed a 9 foot crack after about a year. "Since I know nothing about concrete, I really don't know how to ask intelligent questions regard the project." It "appears" that the company tries to work things out. NOT SO FAST.... they are absolutely non existent in follow up and refuse to accept that they are responsible. Should have left my cool deck the way it was. Going to small claims. Anyone else unsatisfied, reach out and join me.

Great representation of company/ process. excellent in self/courtesy. Wasn't happy with financials. Sprinkler capped $300. To finance was $300.. (that's extra!)then today work began, their crew fellow said 30ft width, I was puzzled!? I said agreement was 20ft×30ft. N I thought! Wow! How sweet they're goin to offer me 30×30?!. Last year they came out with multiple crews each applying the coatings with different colors texture and style. The salesman lowered the price and assured me I would have the standard warranty on workmanship. I sent him pictures of failed areas of pool deck in April he tested back saying they laa a id the crew off for health reasons but would contact me when they reopen I have tried calling and texting and got no response. I would not recommend this company

June of last year we got carvestone on our patio. This year I started to see delamination, so I immediately called Allied Outdoor Solutions. For two weeks I did not hear back. I called again. A week later Don came to look at the problem. He was very sweet, took notes of my primary concern and made notes of other areas of concern. A month goes by and I have not heard back.
