We had an AC issue and they got it fixed fast and right the first try.
Service requests are handled promptly. Customer service is not the best
We had our AC, master bedroom ceiling fan, dryer and AC thermostat go out all in one month..I called American Home Shield and repairmen were not only sent out in a timely manner but they were all on time. All of the men were very professional. Glad we have this protection for the past several years.
Quick to respond and sends knowledgeable techs for the issue at hand. Would recommend to educate techs to clean up behind themselves when job is completed. Adds to satisfaction of customers.
