I’m still waiting for the part. The appliance guy was here and confirmed what I told him but did not bring the part it needed. So until it’s actually fixed I can’t give a good review. Also since i pay a large monthly fee I think the service charge is way too high when I need help.

I am extremely pleased with American Home Shield! They did what they advertised. From the quick response of having my washer inspected, condemned, and subsequently replaced, I was amazed at how timely and convenient the process was. I also appreciated the great selection I had to choose from and the option of receiving cash. All of interactions with AHS personnel were professional and courteous. I highly recommend AHS!
