They seem to try to get someone out as soon as possible, but I do not feel as if they are actually interested in fixing the problem, rather than bandaiding it. Now the price is going up 20% after a year and limits are being set or lowered for repairs.

The knowledge of the contractors to analyze the problem in a matter of minutes. They asked the questions and were very patient in listening to the answers from us elderly. From that they knew that the call for what they were here for was wrong. They called back and had the right people for the job come in. Kind, and patient with us old folks. Trust Worthy!

AHS coverage is lacking. You cover certain parts but don't cover the installation of the parts. I had a water heater replaced and had to pay hundreds to get it installed because the installer wanted the connections to be new. We agree they should be new with a new heater but that should be covered. It was not required by code. Likewise, we got our coil replaced. They brought out a top-notch repairman, and then replaced my non-working refrigerator with a new one, all within one week's time. I was very happy with the process!

Piece of mind is a wonderful thing. With that said, it can be a slow process getting a service call scheduled, technician out to the home, diagnosis, approval for repair or replacement and resolution of issue. When you're working FT out of the home, scheduling appts that don't require you to leave work early is difficult. If you work from home or are retired, it's not an issue.
