I’ve had a few different home warranty companies over the last 20 years. We had AHS for many years and then for some reason we went with another company when we moved to Texas. It was a huge mistake. When that contract ended, we went back to AHS and couldn’t be more pleased. The house we purchased was built in the 90’s and when we moved in, we anticipated some issues. We’ve had A/C units break down, fridge, garage door opener, pool pump, and much more. All of these were repaired with no issues and only paying our $100 deduct... read more
