I have used American Home Shield for 5 years and have been satisfied with their service. The only negative thing is that I wish they had more local plumbers to choose from.
Dave arrived on time and with the right equipment to inspect my AC unit. First time i've ever had AC and home inspector recommended to have it looked at. Fortunately, nothing wrong, no noises or squeals, but he explained for future purpose the motor and pulleys.
