Service was great!
You all were prompt with initial requests. The problem with leaks you promised to look into and you agreed to contact the vendor for a final report but we have not heard back and they were not able to fix the problem although they claim that the job is complete. The job has not been completed.
I have been a customer of American Home Shield for so many years. In this time they have repaired and or replaced quite a few household necessities. Most recently my heat was not working, and a technician from A Advanced Home came out and worked for hours in the cold rain because the issue was complex, but he did not leave until it was working perfectly and I'm so grateful to his expertise, professionalism and kindness.
