Lately, they have been sending some good contractors out. Don't pay enough on freon .
They have you work with CO. that send people who create issues so you have to call back.
Way better than the other company for value & service.
I made the service request on a Sunday. Monday was a holiday. Someone came out early Tuesday morning to look at my water heater and turn it off. On Wednesday I got a call saying I would get a new water heater. On Thursday they put the water heater in. Friday was my birthday!!! WOW

I’ve been with American Homeshield for a decade and trust me, when I say it’s worth it. The price I pay a month is very much worth the piece of mind knowing if something break. AHS Is a phone call away and they have someone there in a day or 2.
