They are very professional and reliable.
I had decent experiences with them over the years but their contract rate and service fees kept going up and up. They just got too expensive. They also started to cover less and less issues in my home. It was hard to justify keeping them as my home warranty company.
The service request from was easy to fill out online and the service was performed in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
So far, very happy after two claims. Nice vendors and waiting period is reasonable.
So far it’s working well for me at my new place. Repair man that was sent was excellent.
For the price of a plan with AHS, the savings in repair costs cannot be matched.
When I had an issue , they gave me the number for a repair man. The problem was fixed . Great service at a fair price . Hard to beat that
I like the coverage they just need to train some of their employees not to hung up on you when they don't have an answer for you.
