AHS has always come through for us. The latest was replacement of a washing machine without any cost to me. When they say if they can’t fix it they replace iit they mean what they say. Worth the service cost.
The ease of placing a service call and getting a response is great. We rarely have to wait very long for a repair or replacement.
I liked the fast prompt service of getting a provider selected to come to my house although they assessed the situation and haven’t heard from them in a week.

AHS customer service is good, but their ordering division is suspect. I placed a service claim (Washing Machine) on 5/15/23 and it’s 6/20/23 , my issue is still ll not resolved. Communication beyond customer service lacking in a major way. During this period the number of parts were ordered, meaning less than what is required to complete the repair, causing delays, my family and I are still waiting for the parts . The expedience in getting a provider to help with my problem and how quick it was accomplished.
Has consistently been well worth the peace of mind knowing that items will be quickly repaired. Just as with all insurance products, it pays to opt for the higher level plans (Gold, Platinum), as we have had almost all repairs completed within 1 week of initial report. Have used AHS policies on our past three (including current) homes and has been well apprecitaed.
Service call was quickly made. Service provider was very efficient.
