It is fairly easy to get through to someone who can address my problems. The only difficulty is lack of service repair companies in my rural area.
I’ve contracted with several home warranty companies over the decades. AHS has been the best by far because they assign a service professional immediately, speeding up the process . A year ago my 17 year old water heater died., Within 24 hours a new one was installed. I paid 125 for service fee for which I got a brand new quality water heater installed with old one hauled away. I could not be happier with AHS, it is the best of the best based on my decades of experience with such companies.
