The process to get things fixed is very well done. Within 24 hrs i had contact with company that would be dispatched to complete the work.
Home shield Representative Was not very helpful. Said take it Or leave it when made aware that Additional costs were not all valid. Would not consider having a Different contractor look at Situation. Very not customer Oriented and rude.

The issue with my garbage disposal was resolved fast. The company sent out a very knowledgeable employee and he did a great job with the replacement. Very knowledgeable and polite!!!
NAS solved all issues pleasantly and professionally
My furnace motor burned out. AHS referred an excellent contractor, Custom Climate Professionals, to address my problem. After consultation I decided to replace my furnace, which CCP did for me in coordination with AHS which paid for a reasonable portion of the cost. The work performed by all parties was excellent!
