American home shield is a life saver! I love having it because I have no men here to help me. I’m very satisfied with their service and especially like the appliance guy David B. He fixed my washer so fast and was excellent!!

I called Saturday and on Monday I still had not heard from the A/ C company. I had to call and schedule the appt myself. Appt was not 24 hrs after. I was schedule until Wednesday morning and the weather has been over 100. However, A/C company was quick to fix the issue.

They seem to try to get someone out as soon as possible, but I do not feel as if they are actually interested in fixing the problem, rather than bandaiding it. Now the price is going up 20% after a year and limits are being set or lowered for repairs.
