The difficulty to actually talk to a person. Too automated! Had to pay for a hot water heater that should have been replaced.

Prompt service Good contractor and accessibility
Very responsive to requests for service. So far all the companies I have worked with have been helpful and solved my issues.
They Handled the problem fast and efficiently. The only thing I didn't like is that the customer service was not able to answer my questions on what my contract covered. I was forced to go to the sales department to answer my question that in the long fun saved me money
