Took too long to get parts. Took several weeks to get air handler and then it was sent back to Louisville. Same issue with condenser. It was sent to Elizabethtown and then sent back to Louisville. That didn’t take as long to come in as the air handler. Parts should be delivered sooner especially when there is a fire hazard.
