Very quick and professional service knowledgeable repair staff
We love this insurance. We have an Electrolux Dishwasher, but that didn't slow down AHS. Hassle Free, and professional techs.
I was told my premium went up because of the many services for this year. I asked the question if my service would be lesser next year would the price go down? Didn’t get an answer yet. I asked because of what I was told which to me makes perfect sense.

I have filed one claim with AHS and was pleased with the quick response I received to my online request. A service company was assigned the same day and they responded quickly to set an appointment. I waited a few days for a tech to become available and the tech was on time as scheduled and was able to find the problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new part so had to wait for AHS to order it. All repairs are always handled by a professional company for each particular request. We are very pleased with American Home Shield and the businesses they use to handle requests.
I called AHS and got a call from the contractor they assigned the same day. He scheduled me for the next day, showed up on time and completed the job in a professional manner. Great job all around!
