I have been with multiple home warranty companies over the years and AHS is by far #1! No fine print where a yearly maintenance checkup is required to keep their warranty in full force.

KC PLUMBING STAFF WERE VERY POLITE, POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT ME INVOLVED IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY. AHS PROCESS WAS FAST AND EASY. I DID MISS THE PERSONAL CONTACT WITH A HUMAN BEING.
