it took a few times calling and explaining my specific situation, but they finally understood not to call ME on the phone but to call my parents who were actually living in the home . the service has been overall great

I have been with multiple home warranty companies over the years and AHS is by far #1! No fine print where a yearly maintenance checkup is required to keep their warranty in full force.

KC PLUMBING STAFF WERE VERY POLITE, POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT ME INVOLVED IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY. AHS PROCESS WAS FAST AND EASY. I DID MISS THE PERSONAL CONTACT WITH A HUMAN BEING.
