Gina and her team were amazing throughout the entire loan process start to finish. We had some really unique financial circumstances that on paper would have made it difficult to secure a loan with anyone else. I have financed/refinanced several times throughout my life, on several houses. Refinancing with Wendy as our specialist was by far the best mortgage experience I've ever had! We purchased and refinanced our home with Gina's help (and that of her team). Our refinance was due to a flood in our bathroom which really complicated the whole matter. She was creative and persistent and we are so very lucky we had her to turn to! She's exactly what we needed. Our higher closing costs were due to construction, not Gina.
