We had the pleasure of working with Gina on the purchase of a new home. We were living in a state other than where we were purchasing, and as can be the case, there were some challenges in the process. But Gina and her team went the extra mile to keep everything on track and rolling. Everyone on Gina's team was helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica, Loan Coordinator for Gina, was wonderful. 5 stars!!
As with many current housing markets, our purchase and sale offer needed immediate lender response. Gina’s team was excellent to work with. They were quick to respond and happy to walk me through any questions. They were extremely organized, professional and provided regular status updates which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend them.
It was a pleasure working with GIna and her team Jordan, Jessica, and Bethany. All were quick to respond to our questions, gave us regular status updates, and helped make this new and complex process of purchasing a home so easy! They even provided us with a gift of packing tape and moving tips, plus provided us with a booklet which compiled copies of all our of documents. Mark is a great communicator, calm under pressure and understands the nuances of the loan business. I'm really happy with the service I got. When complications arose, he explained them simply and worked to get a solution.
Wendy was recommended to us by family members who had used her, and boy are we glad they did!
