When I moved from Sacramento CA to Tacoma WA I was concerned about finding the right lender. But no worries! I was referred to Wendy Charles and she made the process incredibly easy. She responded to all of my "panicky buyer" questions quickly and with all the details I needed to make informed decisions. I don't think I could have had a better experience with anyone else. I have referred her to friends and will continue to do so.

I met with Kenton after the suggestion from one of my friends. As I was a first-time home-buyer, I was very nervous about meeting with a lender. Kenton answered all of my questions, and explained all of the details of every kind of loan in a way I could understand. Throughout the home-hunting process, Kenton was never more than a phone call, text, or email away. Even when he was on "vacation" ! I would highly recommend Kenton to any one of my friends, family or coworkers who are beginning the financing process.

Over our long-term working relationship, she has coordinated the financing and refinancing of both our primary home and investment property. Jordan did a great job to answer my questions and clearly communicated the expectations. It was a challenging market but Jordan was able to work with my real-estate agent highly effectively. Responsiveness and ability to do a quick close was a huge part of the great experience I had working with Jordan and his team on my home loan. Highly recommended!!

Mary Ann was very knowledgeable and informative. She guided us on each step and provided the requisite information we being the first time buyers. Always there to answer our unending questions. We were pleased to have Mary Ann as our loan officer and would definitely recommend her. Our dream of buying a home would not have been possible without her. Three cheers!

Working with Gina was a pleasure. She took the time to explain everything to me to my satisfaction, she's very knowledgeable, knows the market, and worked with my time issues. I had a few extra items that needed to be completed and she knew what she was doing, and put the time in in order to make this happen.
