Literally just bought the rolls Royce of hot tubs from Howie who was absolutely fantastic. We honestly felt so comfortable with him. We did not even shop anywhere else. We walked in and within 30 minutes we were out the door. If you're ever considering a pool or spa, please ask for Howie. I found out he was also the general manager of the store which made sense with how professional he was.

Tony Parbs from the Lake Zurich store is the most knowledgeable of pools and accessories. we visited more than one American Sale stores in the northwest suburbs, we found him to be ve ry patient with all of our questions. they weren't the closest to our house, but they turned out to be the best. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in a replacement pool or a pool for the very first time.

First time opening a pool. Lots of help from sales team at American Sale. Completed last nights suggestions, back today for new water analysis. Walking across store, an AS team member, Vanessa, asked me " did you find everything you were looking for"? She was in the process of moving a large table display with another employee. She stopped what she was doing to proactively check-in with me to ask if she could assist. Now that's customer service! Please thank Vanessa for making this customer's experience wonderful.

We walked into American Sale not knowing much about hot tubs. Tony answered all of our questions and gave us information we didn't even know we needed. We are now all set up to be hot tub owners. We now feel confident about the process from purchasing to delivery to install. So far a great experience at American Sale. We purchased a pergola near the end of the summer season, which looks very high quality and sleek. Brittney and Tony were very helpful by answering questions and showing us all our options. They assisted us with scheduling delivery and installation. The delivery was scheduled easily and quickly. We're very excited to use our pergola next year.
