The American Sales in Lake Zurich is awesome. We purchased a gazebo for our deck. We were able to find the size, color option at a great price. They were able to deliver and set it up very quickly for us. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin at American Sales in Lake Zurich, Illinois. She sold me an expensive pre lit Christmas Tree in 2019. Now it is late November 2022 and I found out I had lost the remote to my tree. It was stuck on Demo Mode forever. Caitlin remembered me and found me a remote. Sadly the remote did not work with my tree but I did find the old remote stuck in my tree. Caitlin is the best for all of the trouble she went through to try and find me a remote for my Christmas Tree.
