I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin at American Sales in Lake Zurich, Illinois. She sold me an expensive pre lit Christmas Tree in 2019. Now it is late November 2022 and I found out I had lost the remote to my tree. It was stuck on Demo Mode forever. Caitlin remembered me and found me a remote. Sadly the remote did not work with my tree but I did find the old remote stuck in my tree. Caitlin is the best for all of the trouble she went through to try and find me a remote for my Christmas Tree.

I had a great experience yesterday when I came to the Lake Zurich American sale store to buy some outdoor patio seat cushions with my 8 year old son Matthew. Your sales associate Deb was with another customer but as soon as she saw her she ensured that she would be right with us. Deb was very courteous and exemplified the highest levels of customer service and attentiveness that I have seen for quite some time.
