So far a great experience at American Sale. We purchased a pergola near the end of the summer season, which looks very high quality and sleek. Brittney and Tony were very helpful by answering questions and showing us all our options. They assisted us with scheduling delivery and installation. The delivery was scheduled easily and quickly. We're very excited to use our pergola next year.

Tony was a great sales manager. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He first asked if I needed help at the store when I arrived, but let me wander to look. If I had questions I felt free to ask. Upon not finding what I needed on the floor, he was able to order my same chair that had gotten broken in a storm. Helped to order a new chair from what was purchased through American Sales in 2021. Recently completed a purchase of a hot tub with Tony Parbs. Tony was a HUGE help with all of my questions and concerns. He explained every option and how the whole delivery/install would proceed as well as what I needed to have done to be ready for the installation. Took the time to answer all questions with no pressure to buy any specific model or anything at all. Glad I went to American Sale.
