Tony was a great sales manager. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He first asked if I needed help at the store when I arrived, but let me wander to look. If I had questions I felt free to ask. Upon not finding what I needed on the floor, he was able to order my same chair that had gotten broken in a storm. Helped to order a new chair from what was purchased through American Sales in 2021. Recently completed a purchase of a hot tub with Tony Parbs. Tony was a HUGE help with all of my questions and concerns. He explained every option and how the whole delivery/install would proceed as well as what I needed to have done to be ready for the installation. Took the time to answer all questions with no pressure to buy any specific model or anything at all. Glad I went to American Sale.

We worked with Howie to purchase a hot tub. It was a seamless process. He was super knowledgeable about all of the different options and we ended up going with a saltwater hot tub for a lot less maintenance than chlorine. The price was very fair. Very cool store - highly recommend Howie.
